Beautiful new renovated and well equiped house with wonderful view. Quiet surrounding and nice village. The owners of the property welcomed us personally.
What a fantastic villa, situated in a beautiful village perfectly located for easy access to the coast or inland villages. We were on our 2nd stay at the villa, having stayed 3 years ago, once again on a road cycling holiday and the villa proved to be ideal for each of our needs for a relaxed and comfortable stay just as it had done previously. The villa is spacious, has a wonderful balcony and garden area, and is fitted out to a very high standard. I’m sure the kitchen has more utensils and crockery than you could ever possibly need…..and the booking process, and communication with the host José was seamless from start to finish.I have no hesitation in recommending a stay at the villa no matter how long the duration.
Excellent for our needs. Quiet peaceful position in small village, Wonderfull views from the terrace from Nice to Antibes. House is very well equipped and comfortable.

Wonderful Stay.. the view from the patio is sublime. We were traveling with a grandbaby and having the downstairs walkout to a grass yard / garden was PERFECT. nicely appointed. comfortable home .. very unique area.. ancient stone houses.. wonderful.
We stayed at the house in December. It is very clean, comfortable and spatious, we had everything we needed. Owners are very helpful and communication is easy and quick. We did not mind having to park a few minutes walk away from the house. We visited the beautiful area (Nice, Antibes, Monaco), all very easily accessible with a car.
A old but very nice home, clean and well equipe d. With a splendid vieuw on the see.

Lovely stay In beautiful villa in Provence
Tastefully modernised with everything you need.
Beautiful views especially early morning and evening
Set in a nice village with a restaurant and bar. Very hilly so need a level of fitness. Parking is away from the house.
We had a lovely welcome after a long drive, with friendly and helpful hosts.
Couldn’t want for more.

I thank you for this comment on the rental.
Indeed the hinterland of Nice is very hilly it is all its charm.
As stated on the announcement there is parking on site but a narrowing of the street 10 m from the house complicates the traffic for large vehicles, so you have to park at 20 m to unload the luggage and park the car in one of the 2 free car parks located 200 m from the house. The advantage of this situation: the neighborhood is very quiet ....
Perfectly appointed Villa in La Gaude - Particularly for our cycling trip
We are 3 keen road cyclists and stayed in the villa primarily due to its location for great cycling routes, and also due to the spaciousness and equipment available at the villa. It did not disappoint, and in fact exceeded our expectations, and we had a wonderful stay, enjoying early morning peace and tranquility on the balcony, before hitting the road for our bike rides to Gourdon, Grasse, Aspremont, Roquestéron, Antibes etc…..everything was just perfect.
The villa is just a short walk to the village centre, and there’s a couple of restaurants and a supermarket which we used a couple of times. The villa has everything we needed for our 9 night stay and would definitely recommend staying there, it was perfect for us. If we visit the area again, and we hope to do so, we would have no hesitation in staying at the villa again. In fact, I’m sad we only had 9 nights there, it’s home from home, a wonderful place to stay.

Thank you for this very nice appreciation. This reflects what we want for all our vacationers. It is with great pleasure that we will welcome you for a future stay.
