I rent furnished 4-star tourism located in Sainte Anne, in a secure residence with swimming pool. You can enjoy a 5-minute walk from Pointe Marin beach. The duplex can accommodate 2 to 4 people. Close to all amenities, convenience stores, restaurants, newsagent, souvenir shop, banks .... The apartment is fully air conditioned. Bed linen and towels are provided. To mark the TOP START of your vacation, a welcome drink will be served with local specialties.

A bathroom with walk-in shower, sink + storage, wall-hung toilet, washing machine, hairdryer, scales.
In the living room, an office, storage cupboard with cleaning supplies, dryer with clothespin, sofa bed with 140x190 mattress, coffee table, TV.
A balcony with a view of the swimming pool and the garden, fitted with a kitchen fitted with all its "home-like" utensils, fridge with low freezer, microwave, steamer, tassimo, oven, 3-burner hob, extractor hoods, toaster , kettle, barbecue, table, chairs.

You can access the entire accommodation. For the common areas: the garden area and the swimming pool.

Très agréable et fonctionnel

Location conforme aux photos: très propre, fonctionnelle, bien équipée. La cuisine sur la terrasse avec vue sur un magnifique jardin et la piscine est très agréable. La chambre en mezzanine avec une grande hauteur de plafond est super. Propriété très bien entretenue, à proximité de la plage et des commerces. De plus, l'accueil et les attentions prévues à notre arrivée nous ont font très plaisir après un long voyage. Merci à Sandrine et Géraldine.
