Newly renovated modern one-bedroom apartment. With its 63 m2, you will feel comfortable like at home!
It consists of one bedroom that is equipped with a Box-spring bed (160x200). Outside of the room is a small balcony.
In the living room, you have kitchen with a kitchen island which goes as your dining area and as well there is a table outside on the terrace for your dining pleasure.
Ambilight TV Philips 55" 4K UHD LED for your entertainment.
Modern convertible sofa can be turned into bed if needed (3 guests option).
Outside of the apartment, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, iron board, iron and cleaning equipment.

Незабываемый отпуск в Задаре!
Мы были с семье в отпуске 10 дней нам все очень понравилось, приветливая хозяйка, квартира удобная, просторная,в стоимость входит замена постельного белья и полотенец. Очень хороший пляж особенно для детей, вода в Задаре очень тёплая, в шаговой доступности рестораны, бары, пекарня, супермаркет. Все просто супер.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Zadar und die Unterkunft war super. Super Lage und die Vermieterin hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben zwecks Einkaufen oder auch wo man am besten baden geht. Innerhalb weniger Minuten konnte man alles erreichen. Super Kommunikation. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

GROSSES APP IN STRANDLAGE ZADAR
Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei SABINA sehr genossen und konnten uns in keinster Weise beschweren. Die Lage ist TOP und man sollte auf jeden Fall auch von hier aus NIN und die Strände dort besuchen.

Wir waren zu dritt für 3 Nächte in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung is sehr groß und bietet genügend Platz für mindestens 4 Personen. Preis-Leistung ist in Ordnung. Die Wohnung bietet keinen Luxus , war uns bei der kurzen Verweildauer aber auch nicht wichtig. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen mit ein paar Tipps zum Aufenthalt in der Gegend.

Urlaub an der Adria
Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub. Die Unterkunft war geräumig mit 2 Terassen und großen Schlafzimmern. Wir wurden direkt von der Vermietrein empfangen, sie zeigte uns auch gleich den Weg zum Strand und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir wurden mit frischen Feigen und Weintrauben verwöhnt. Die gesamte Gegend hat genau das geboten, was wir uns wünschten. Einen sehr schönen Strand, eine sehr nette Vermietrein und viel Ruhe zum ausspannen. Der Weg nach Zadar war einfach mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Eine tolle Altstadt. Vielen, vielen Dank an die Familie. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
