Nice stay

In the first place, we would like to thank Elena for the swift and accurate communication before we made our booking. Elena's reception was also very warm; she showed us the way upstairs, took the time to give us a tour outside and inside the house. Nothing was too much for her. During our stay, we enjoyed the beautiful view, the nature, and the tranquility. All of this under the chestnut tree that provided us with the necessary shade during these warm temperatures in September. The house had all the necessary comforts for this holiday week. We wish Elena and her family all the best and hope that they may continue to receive various tourists and offer them a fantastic stay on this property.

Piteccio: wow

Bijzondere plek, geweldig uitzicht, midden in de bergen: genieten en accepteren dat het leven anders is dan thuis waar alles om de hoek ligt.

Ein kleines Paradies

Wir haben den schönen Garten mit der weiten Sicht über die Hügel ins Land und die wunderbare Ruhe sehr genossen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und das Haus liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation lief prima.

Prachtige plek

Mooi huis met prima uitgeruste keuken. Wel lastig dat daar geen warm water was! Gezellige inrichting. De tuin is prachtig en het uitzicht grandioos. We hebben er helaas niet optimaal van kunnen genieten omdat het zo vaak en hard regende. En dan zit je ook wel ver van alles af boven op de berg. Maar alles bij elkaar een prachtige plek.

Heerlijk rustig met schitterend uitzicht.

We hebben genoten van de rust en het fantastische uitzicht. En tussendoor boeiende uitstapjes gemaakt door de bergen en in de steden.

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage mit behebbaren Mängeln.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage mit toller Aussicht ins Tal. Gute Ausstattung.Sehr freundliche und bemühte Vermieter. Die einspurige Anfahrt zum Haus ist auf den letzten 3 Kilometern für ungeübte Autofahrer schon spannend. Leider gibt es hier einen Renovierungsstau: Toilettenspülung defekt,Arbeitsplatte Küche stellenweise schwarz vor eingedrungener Feuchtigkeit, Im Bad zahlreiche gerissene Fliesen,das Holzbrett in der Dusche ist eine Zumutung. Wenn jemand im Obergeschoß geht, klirren im Erdgeschoß die Fensterscheiben,aber ok, das Haus ist weit über 100 Jahre alt. Der Zuweg vom Parkplatz beträgt ca 100m, der erste Teil führt über den Hof/ die Terrassen der Nachbarn mit mehreren (freundlichen) Menschen,Kindern,freilaufenden Hunden,Katzen. Der letzte Teil geht über mehrere ungleich hohe,teils marode und ungesicherte Stufen und ist nachts unbeleuchtet. Auch die vom Vermieter hierfür zur Verfügung gestellte Taschenlampe ist nur ein Behelf. Für Hundebesitzer: nur für absolut friedliche, soziale und nicht jagdfreudige Hunde geeignet. Freilaufende Hunde und Katzen, nachts auch Rehe auf dem Grundstück welches nicht komplett eingezäunt ist. Fazit: mit etwas Initiative vom Eigentümer durchaus empfehlenswert. Tip: In Italien gibt es für Hundehalter kaum Unterkünfte mit einem ausbruchsicherem Grundstück (Zaun 1,60 oder höher !), in diesem Fall müsste der Zaun allerdings auch „einbruchsicher“ sein (Rehe) .Dies ist in diesem Land eine echte Marktlücke.

Pace assoluta e tanto BBQ

La proprietà è equipaggiata di tutto, ha una fantastica zona esterna con BBQ e forno. Non è lontano dalle comodità della città (supermercati etc) ma allo stesso tempo gode di una pace assoluta. La strada per arrivare può sembrare difficoltosa per i tornanti la prima volta ma poi si percorre tranquillamente. Consigliato!

Tranquillité et fraîcheur

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette adorable "casuccia", véritable nid d'aigle avec vue plongeante sur Pistoia et sa vallée ! Nous la recommandons vivement. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles.

Ruhe, Natur und toskanisches Flair in Panorama-Lage

Das gut ausgestattete, sehr persönlich eingerichtete, gepflegte Ferienhaus liegt in einem kleinen abgelegenen Weiler auf 500 m Höhe im Wald oberhalb von Piteccio in der Nähe der sehr schönen Stadt Pistoia, die in nur ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Wagen zu erreichen ist . Die letzten 3 km der Anfahrt von Piteccio sind anspruchsvoll, da die Straße sehr schmal, teils steil und mit Schlaglöchern und engen Spitzkehren versehen ist. Mit ein bisschen Übung und Mut geht's dann aber gut, da es nur Anliegerverkehr gibt. Die Aussicht von der schattigen Terasse und den sonnigen Garten bis ins Montalbano ist sensationell und es ist absolut ruhig bis auf das wunderbare Zirpen der Zikaden. Dank der Meereshöhe kann man auch in der heißen Zeit gut schlafen, da hier oben immer ein frisches Lüftchen weht und es nachts kühler wird. Ein Nachteil ist, dass man direkt von Haus aus nicht wirklich wandern kann, da die bestehenden Wanderwege zugewachsen/nicht (mehr) passierbar sind.

Einzigartige Lage mitten im Wald und den Hügeln der Toskana. Sehr nette Nachbarn und herausragende Vermieter. Das Haus bietet alles was man für erholsame Tage braucht
