It has a panoramic terrace with chairs and table, sea, Ostuni and the hills of the Itria valley. has 4 beds divided between a large room with double bed and sitting area and a smaller room with 2 single beds, full kitchen with fireplace and bathroom with shower and hot water and also an outdoor shower with wall in the house is decorated with artistic works art, ethnic furniture and vintage .It has two entrances, double exposure, TV, mosquito nets, washing machine, burglar alarm with surveillance. The outdoor area has a covered patio, bbq, relax area with lawn and artistic sculpture park and olive trees nearby tourist cycle path, riding stables, supermarket, bars and restaurants, bank and strategically located office to visit the Valley of Itria, Ostuni, Cisternino, alberobello. 2 km from the SS 379 south tower montalbano reeds, bari airport 70km, 20km to toast

Geschmackvolles Haus zwischen Olivenbäumen.

Wir haben zu viert drei schöne Wochen im Haus verbracht. Es ist schön gelegen, wenige Fahrtminuten von schönen Stränden entfernt und bietet mit dem großen Grundstück viel Platz und Ruhe. Die küchenausstattung ist einfach und ein paar Utensilien mehr wären schön gewesen. Man kann Mauro aber mit allem problemlos kontaktieren, er kümmert sich sehr schnell. Eine Waschmaschine gab es im Haus nicht. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Het huis ligt gunstig tov zee en een paar mooie plaatsen en het is erg smaakvol ingericht met eigen werken van Mauro. Het huis is geschikt voor een gezin met twee kinderen en wat minder voor 4 volwassenen.

Dachterrasse mit Meerblick

Wir haben eine gemütliche Woche in diesem Haus verbracht. Je nach Sonnenstand benutzten wir den Tisch vor oder hinter dem Haus. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen wundervollen Blick über die Olivenhaine zum Meer hin. Mit dem Auto sind Ausflugsziele wie Ostuni, Locorotondo oder Alberobello schnell erreichbar. Wir hatten Wetterglück im Oktober und konnten am Strand in der Nähe noch baden. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat das Haus liebevoll mit seinen Kunstobjekten gestaltet.
