This 170m² villa with very refined modern decor, on one level, is nestled in a 2000m² garden.

Its south-southwest orientation will allow you to take full advantage of the sun as well as its swimming pool of 9 x 4.50, secured by a barrier.

The idleness operation can start on the deckchairs.

The outdoor shower will refresh you if you don't want to swim.

When at home it was built with two wings and a central room:
Wing 1 is composed of:
- 1 parental suite with 1 bed 160, TV, (+ walk-in shower)
- 1 bedroom with bunk beds
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
- 1 bathroom with bathtub
- 1 separate toilet

Wing 2 is composed of:
- 1 bedroom with queen-size bed, TV
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower
- 1 separate toilet

As for the central part of the villa, it will be able to welcome you during its stay where we have made all the amenities available for young and old (TV, DVD, and wifi).

It retains its convivial aspect by the American kitchen fitted out with all the required comfort (small appliances)

Your meals can be taken inside (table that can seat 8 people) or outside (for 10 people) on a covered and sheltered terrace, if you wish a barbecue evening you have at your disposal a barbecue.

From the terrace you have direct access to the swimming pool and the garden.

This environment will allow you to benefit from this tranquility with a wild landscape unique to Corsica.

Des vacances magiques

Idéalement située entre Bonifacio et Porto-Vecchio, magnifique villa à Figari (10 minutes de l'aéroport) dotée de tout le nécessaire pour notre séjour. Une mention très spéciale à Frédérique et Laurent (conciergerie) qui ont répondu présents à toutes nos demandes.

Schönes Ferienhaus nicht weit weg vom Strand

Wir hatten das Ferienhaus 2 Wochen für zwei Familien gebucht. Bereits im Vorfeld hatte sich der Vermieter bei uns gemeldet und sogar ein kleines Video vom Ferienhaus zugesendet. Laurent ist sehr bemüht und kümmert sich direkt um Probleme im Haus. Selbst bei der von uns vergessenenKaution hatte er schließlich eine Lösung. Das Haus ist groß und hatausreichen viele Schlafzimmer. Die Küchenausstattung hatte alles zu bieten, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Der Pool ist schön gelegen und die riesige Terasse ist schön eingerichet. Uns fehlten jedoch am Pool ein paar Sonnenschirme. Zum Strand fährt man mit dem Auto 15 Minuten. Es war ein kleiner Strand mit einer Strandbar ohne Liegenverleih. Der Parkplatz war direkt am Stand und kostenfrei. Es war kein Touri- Strand und man hatte genug Platz. Die Lage des Feienhauses ist optimal zur Erkundung des Südens von Korsika. Für Fahrten nach Ajaccio oder Corte fährt man schon 2,5 Stunden mit dem Auto. Insgesamthatten wir einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub.

Séjour sans fautes

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille à la Villa l'Alivi. Tout était exactement conforme à l'annonce et nous avons pu bénéficier de petites attentions sur place et des bons conseils de Laurent qui nous a conseillé une très agréable plage peu fréquentée dans les environs. La maison est très bien placée à moins d'une demi-heure de Bonifacio et Porto-Vecchio et à 10 minutes de l'aéroport de Figari. Le jardin est très agréable

Tout simplement parfait

Nous sommes venus à deux familles, 4 adultes et 6 enfants. La configuration de la maison était parfaite pour nous. Une belle maison, une immense terrasse, une piscine chaude et bien entretenue, un terrain de boules ( et des boules à disposition), un jardin fleuri, une belle vue. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Quelques jeux de plages ( seau, pelles à disposition et petit parasol de plage). Il faut avoir une voiture. Nous avons fait des trajets de 15 minutes à 1 heure pour voir de magnifiques plages, Rando en montagne, piscine naturelles, villes. Pour les courses, à Pianotoli à moins de 15 minutes de voiture. L‘accueil de Frédérique et Laurent de Primo Conciergerie est tout simplement parfait. Ils sont disponibles, sympathiques et réactifs, donnent des conseils et proposent leurs services. Un petits panier de spécialités nous attendait à notre arrivée. Bref nous étions tous ravis, les petits comme les grands!

Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern. Vor Anreise hatten wir die Sorge, dass der Pool nicht ausreichend beheizt wird, was sich als unbegründet heraus stellte. Große Terrasse und vollausgestattete Küche. Eine exaktere Wegbeschreibung wäre hilfreich gewesen (401 Frauleto, 20114 Figari bzw. 41.50856,6 9.15364). Concierge Service sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Mit gutem Gewissen volle Punktzahl.

Gelungener Urlaub

Wir waren mit 2 Familien im Haus. Die Aufteilung der Räume war sehr passend für uns, getrennte Bäder, ausreichend Schlafzimmer. Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben und abgebildet, die Ausstattung ist gut und ausreichend, WLAN funktioniert sehr gut. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Pool und überdachte Terrasse sorgen für perfektes Urlaubsgefühl. Man kann bei jedem Wetter draußen sitzen, auch der Ausblick auf die Berge ist sehr schön. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Zum Strand oder in den Ort (gutes Restaurant, kleiner Supermarkt) fährt man jeweils 10 - 20 min. Check-in und -out war problemlos und freundlich, auch für Fragen zwischendurch war unsere Kontaktperson gut erreichbar. Wir können eine Reise nach Frauletto sehr empfehlen.

Un bel aménagement intérieur comme extérieur. Les chambres sont belles et confortables, la cuisine-salon donne sur une belle terrasse sans vis à vis. La piscine, très bien entretenue, et l immense terrasse, sont un plaisir pour se délasser.

Superbe villa bien située

La villa est très spacieuse et fonctionnelle. La zone extérieure est superbe nous avons bien profité du barbecue, de la piscine et de la terrasse. À l'intérieur la cuisine est très bien équipée, les chambres sont spacieuses et dotées d'une climatisation individuelle (très appréciable) ! Et 3 salles de bain ce qui est bien pratique pour les grands groupes. La localisation de la villa est stratégique pour visiter le sud-est de la Corse et profiter des belles plages à proximité (par ex. santa-giulia à 25min début juillet).

Séjour magnifique dans une superbe villa très fonctionnelle et agréable à vivre. La propriétaire a été très attentionnée par ses informations et par son cadeau d’accueil. Quand à notre accueil il a été très agréable avec un très bon contact. Je recommande vivement cette villa car les propriétaires en prennent soin et mettent tout en œuvre pour le bien être des locataires J’avais une petite appréhension sur le passage des avions mais cela n’a pas été un problème du tout Nous avons passés une semaine formidable en famille de 9 personnes

Magnifique villa dans un cadre qui ne l est pas moins . Tout le confort annoncé est présent . L intérieur comme l extérieur sont spatieux et très fonctionnels . Villa où l'on se sent vite chez soi!

Magnifique villa, très fonctionnelle et spacieuse. Tout y est pour se sentir bien. Serviettes de bain et serviettes de plages fournies, lits faits à l'arrivée, petit colis de bienvenue! Seul petit bémol : nous aurions aimé que les poubelles de l'extérieur soient vidées (sans doute un oubli de vérification) et que la lumière manquante (signalée à notre arrivée) soit changée. Cela ne nous a pas empêchés de passer une magnifique semaine, la piscine est splendide, la terrasse immense,ensoleillée, avec des transats, des coins relax ... il y a vraiment de la place pour 10 personnes à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur! Nous sommes ravis par notre séjour et restons séduits par cette magnifique villa avec piscine! Nous recommandons cette location où se trouvent à quelques kilomètres une jolie plage, en bordure de route un marchand de fruits/légumes avec une boucherie et une auberge restaurant.

Un accueil avec un joli panier de produits régionaux. Villa située en hauteur avec un grand terrain et une belle vue dégagée. La piscine chauffée a une température très agréable. Villa bien équipée, nous n'avons manqué de rien, le barbecue sur la terrasse nous a permis de faire de bonnes grillades. A proximité il est possible de faire de magnifiques randonnées à travers le maquis ou sur les chemins côtiers. C'est un bon point de départ pour visiter le sud de la Corse. A 10 minutes de l'aéroport de Figari elle n'en a pas les nuisances. Nous sommes une famille de 8 personnes. Séjour du 27 avril au 4 mai 2019

Sejour parfait !

Sejour inoubliable dans une belle villa. Idéalement située entre mer et montagne, à proximité de Porto Vecchio et Bonifacio, également proche de l'aéroport (sans nuisances de celui-ci). Villa bien aménagée est au calme. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour ainsi que le panier d'accueil offert par les propriétaires.
