The town of Kent is very nice. The location of the property was convenient to restaurants, the AT and shops. The backyard area was a plus. The host, Karen, was great! Although there was no TV, we enjoyed our visit.
We loved this wonderful cottage in Kent! Perfect little hideaway while visiting Kent for a family reunion ….everything was in walking distance from all our in town activities ! The unit was fully equipped with everything we needed and our host made sure everything was just right. I highly recommend staying here!!
Loved the location of this property! It is close to the Appalachian Trail and you can walk to everything in town in a matter of minutes. Karen was great to communicate with and keeps this property clean and comfortable. We would definitely reserve this property again if in the area.
We had a lovely time staying in the townhouse! Karen was an attentive host and everything about the stay went smoothly! The house is the perfect location, and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Kent. The house was clean and charming! Hope to stay there again in the future!
We had a wonderful stay at this squeaky clean and adorable property. It's perfectly situated in the village of Kent and has all the charm of an old house while also being thoughtfully modernized.
Easy and lovely walking distance from everything you need, including the grocery store, library, pharmacy, bakeries, restaurants, and shops. Great set up for a week-long stay with children - we loved this little house!
(PS to future renters....Keep all trash inside the house as black bears are quite active, even in town as we discovered!)
Our stay was great. The location is excellent and within walking distance to all the little shops, restaurants and IGA grocery store. Trails nearby also. Unit was clean and it was nice to have a backyard/patio area and washer dryer. Check in was easy and Karrin checked in with us to make sure we didn't need anything. There is no TV in the unit which made it a bit difficult for my partner to fall asleep since he sleeps with the TV on. We otherwise didn't miss it. There were boardgames, books and plenty to do outside the unit. Would stay here again!
Great place to put away your phone and watching TV!
Great place to talk, laugh and play board games.
Great place to walk to Restaurants (Kingsleys, Sophies, etc)
Karren is a superb host. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after. The house is cute and clean, and has everything you need to feel comfortable. The place to stay while visiting Kent!
We loved our long weekend stay in Kent. The house was perfect size and allowed plenty of space for our family. Right in town and close to everything. Nice backyard to sit in and enjoy fall leaves. Owner was very responsive and welcoming.
Great little spot in on Main Street. Walk to restaurants, coffee shop grocery store, and small town retail stores. Many state parks, local landmarks, small town greens, and even some really nice museums close by. Highly recommend a long weekend stay In Kent and Karren's little village retreat was just right for the wife and I.
This was a easy and friendly place to relax for a couple of days. The owner is very helpful and accommodating. There are great restaurants and cafés within walking distance and we found some excellent hikes nearby. A highlight of our summer
High marks for clean and well located house. We had great walking access to the village of Kent and several excellent hiking trails in the area. Karren was a great host, welcoming us with flowers and a bottle of wine.
Had a great weekend with my daughter! Enjoyed the property!
