Seawinds 2 Beach Front Townhome

Seawinds #2 sits directly on the sugary white sands of Destin and features incredible gulf views from all three levels.

This cozy three level townhome is located in the Miramar Beach part of Miramar Beach, directly between the Silver Sands Outlet Mall & Destin Commons. You'll be a quick drive to lots of shopping and tons of restaurants!

Upon entering into this four bedroom townhome you are greeted with a welcoming foyer. The ground floor level features two very spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom you come features a queen bed & flat screen TV. Between the two bedrooms you'll find a full sized bathroom with stand up shower as well as the washer/dyer area! The second bedroom faces the beach with incredible Gulf Views & Balcony access. This room also features a queen bed & flat screen TV.

Walking up the stair case to the second floor you are immediately greeted by the spacious living room! The living room features incredible gulf views, huge flat screen TV, wet bar and an open floor plan allowing everyone to converse from the kitchen, dining area onto the living room and even the balcony!

The upgraded kitchen is right next to the living room along w/ the dining area. All of these areas look out to the large windows that offer more incredible gulf views!!

The second floor here features the sofa sleeper but also a bedroom with two twin beds & a flat screen TV. A full sized bathroom with tub/shower combo is located on the second floor also. and YES!! another balcony looking out to the beach from the living room here. It also features steps down to the beach so you can access the beach from this floor too!

The top floor is the fourth bedroom. This loft style room is HUGE!!! and offers you a king bed, twin bed, & flat screen TV as well as a custom private bathroom. This bathroom features a very large custom tiled shower with dual shower heads. A very unique feature to this home in deed, is this custom shower!! More gulf views from this area too through the large windows that looks out to the Beach! A flat screen TV is featured from this room too.

This unit sleeps a max of 11 people. There is parking for 3-4 vehicles depending on their size. Additional vehicles can be parked about a mile away at our office.

Excellent location and perfect place for a family. We absolutely loved the private beachfront. The overall stay was enjoyable. The beds were comfortable. Layout of the house was unusual and a little awkward, but it was clean and tidy.

Labor Day Getaway

Our over all stay was great. Our favorite part was that we were just steps from the sand and beach. Nice location close to plenty of places to eat and shop. The beach house was spacious and met our accommodation needs.

Its about the beach

Conveniently located property whose access to the beach is phenomenal. Views were awesome, and peaceful. Property has all the amenities needed to enjoy and good time at the beach.

Loved the property! The master bedroom is a loft on the 3rd floor and is not closed off so noise and privacy is not really possible but loved the view of beach being on the 3rd floor so overall great property and super close to the beach!

Great property right on the beach. Outside furniture is rusted and/or broken and needs replaced. Lots of outdoor toys but needs to be cleaned up and organized

Great location, spacious rooms, needs TLC.

You will be hard pressed to find a better location in Destin/Miramar. The condo was surprisingly spacious. The pictures are out-dated a bit. Overall, we were happy with the place, but definitely needs some TLC. The doors to the beach were basically non-functional. The beautiful shower upstairs unfortunately leaks into middle bathroom. The stairs to the beach one could call borderline dangerous. The grandparents had a hard time navigating. With some upgrades, we would consider staying here again.

Great property but a few maintenance issues...

Property has a great bedroom layout and accommodated our party perfectly. Unit was very clean. We have stayed in other townhouses in this property and this one is by far the best. Had some minor maintenance issues but they were addressed almost immediately. Major complaint is that the A/C unit in the townhouse struggles to keep up and keep the townhouse cool. Other properties we have stayed in here have had 2 A/C units which kept the townhouse much cooler. This townhouse could benefit from that.

Downstairs Shower Is Annoying

The downstairs shower faucet does not turn on easily. To the point I thought the whole faucet would come out of the wall. We called maintenance and he showed us how to do it. REALLY!! you know the shower is this hard to turn on and you don't do anything about it. Shame on YOU!

Beautiful View!

Loved the location of the property and the view!! House was clean and property management very responsive. Rooms were good size also and enjoyed the private beach! But and there is usually a but…the mattresses were awful! I’m sure Motel 6 has better mattresses. I mean we all got up hurting somewhere and one night I woke up at 227am and stayed up vs laying in the bed, the grill was nasty and no hope of improving with cleaning, the deck needs a facelift and fixed, no outside lights for the deck we even attempted to replace the bulbs outside, the internet stinks, some of the TVs was not setup, and good luck figuring out all the switches in the house. The home could use some updating but ya know you never spend much time in the home on vacation! My suggestion if they don’t do repairs; bring extra chairs to put on the small deck off the living room cuz the big one does not have a way into the house, bring some fluff for the beds, bring your grill or get a small one, and small low lights for outside. We still enjoyed the stay and would use the property management again the owners use. Have fun!

Family vacation

For the most part all was good. The kitchen was poorly stocked with usable pans to cook with the refrigerator was leaking water on the inside. Housekeeping or someone had placed a bowl inside on top shelf to catch it. Other than that all was good.

Beach house

The place could use a little bit of updating, but you could not beat the location and view. We had no trash bags in the kitchen and the bathrooms only has one roll of toilet paper. We love being steps from the private beach. It also has plenty of floats and toys.

Great location!

We couldn't have asked for a better location for a better price! The beach was gorgeous and had easy access to beach chair rentals right on the beach, one thing that I wish we would have known before we wasted money on sand toys for the kids was that there is a small room on the bottom deck full of floaties and beach toys for the kids. We left some behind as well so I wouldn't worry about buying toys for the kids.

Perfect location

This townhouse is in the perfect location for a beautiful beach stay neat Destin. It has plenty of room for a family getaway and it is literally right on the beach! The kids could go out and play on the beach while we drank coffee on one of the 3 decks! It was perfect! The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is in need of a few repairs. The porches need a little updating and the stairs need some work, the outdoor tables were taped and need replacing and the air conditioning is in need of updating. Other than those things, we truly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, beds were comfortable and was the perfect layout! Would stay again.

Two Family annual vacay

Awesome location with private beach access! Fridge did not make any ice while we were there but there is a gas station steps away across the street. Kitchen could use some dish towels. There were Plenty of beach toys for kids to play. Hose downstairs needs replacing but overall a great townhome! We had a wonderful beach getaway

Rare oceanfront

Can’t beat having a house right on the ocean! Worth paying alittle extra. Private beach! The house could of been cleaned alittle better. Couldn’t see out of windows. We had to buy window cleaner and clean the windows. Other then that the house was worth it and would recommend! Destin is a must
