Add a large parking lot with easy access off Hwy 4, just minutes to Bear Valley Ski Resort(15 miles) and a variety of recreational options. Imagine the possibilities! 24 bunk beds(6bedrooms) plus two queen beds(1 bedroom). Sleeps 28 comfortably. Additional rental agreement signature required. This quote is for 24 guests. Over 23 guests, $25 per person/per night.
