La Casita Villa is the perfect destination if you are looking for a romantic getaway or an unforgettable vacation with family or friends. This vacation home is ideal for 2 to 6 people.

La Casita is an exceptional 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom private home located on the oceanfront. This villa is unique among St. Maarten rentals. It features a large pool directly on the ocean, open sundeck surrounding the pool and facing the ocean, outdoor covered eating area, spectacular sunsets, calming ocean waves, gourmet kitchen, and tropical gardens all in a quiet and private setting.

Swim or sunbathe in La Casita's large 32' private pool while enjoying incredible views of the crystal clear Caribbean Sea. Many other St. Maarten rentals have only small splash pools.

The villa faces due west where you can witness breathtaking sunsets and the parade of cruise ships and sail boats coming and going.

La Casita Villa is located in the fabulous Beacon Hill area. It is just a short walk to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Burgeaux Bay, Maho Bay and Simpson Bay are the nearest beaches yet everything on the Island is only a short drive away. The exclusive Beacon Hill peninsula has access monitored by a security guard each evening.

La Casita is a fully air-conditioned private home and offers three separate and large bedrooms each with a bathroom and shower. All rooms and outdoor patios are spacious and comfortably furnished with a mixture of rattan and island accessories. The vacation home has free wifi throughout. Housekeeping is provided.

St. Maarten is known as the gourmet capital of the Caribbean with French, Creole, Dutch and American influences. Enjoy the local flavors at the many restaurants or dinning el-fresco at La Casita Villa.

We are certainly no strangers to St Maarten yet this little gem was a very special experience - perfect for our brief pre-cruise stay. We had an incredible stay! The location was perfect — right on the water with absolutely stunning ocean views and some of the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen. The layout of the home was spot-on for our group of couples, giving everyone their own space while still having plenty of room to gather and enjoy time together. There's only so much you can capture in a photo...believe me when I tell you that photos of La Casita do not do it justice. Between the great location, the spectacular views, the gorgeous sunsets, the comfortable, spacious, well-appointed and decorated interiors, the quick and easy communication with Peter (the owner), and the friendly and warm visits from Jenny (the housekeeper), we truly had one of the most memorable stays ever!! Awesome home

Had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful and centrally located. The view from the patio and deck is spectacular. The communication and upkeep of the home is wonderful. We had 3 couples and the layout for the bedrooms worked out great for all of us. Thanks again for make our stay special.

Very Relaxing Stay

We stayed here after a wedding to decompress and relax. The house was very nice. The pool was refreshing and the view amazing. Going to bed each night listening to the waves was beyond soothing. Also close to everything you could need!

Wonderful Villa!

We just returned from 10 days at Villa Casitas and could not have asked for a better experience. The villa is gorgeous - perfect for 3 couples. Each bedroom had plenty of privacy and we all agreed the beds were the most comfortable we've had at a vrbo. Peter was great with his communication before and during our stay. We enjoyed the sunsets each night and also loved watching the planes fly in throughout the day - all from our pool deck. The location is perfect too. We were able to walk to the Maho area and Simpson bay area but I would suggest a car also so that you can experience the entire island. We will definitely be returning!

This was one of the best stays we have ever had at a home rental. The house, bedrooms, bathrooms, pool, etc. is a perfect setup for 3 couples. The outdoor area was amazing, with breathtaking views.
