Fully furnished throughout, this spacious island condo includes a full kitchen complete with stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. Bedroom is comfortably furnished with linens, pillows and bed coverings. The large master suite has a King size bed, full bathroom, and private garden lanai (patio). There is also a second full bath off the living room. Cozy living room with queen sized sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space. Enjoy the private lanai that looks out on lush, tropical vegetation and cool breezes. TV, Free high-speed WiFi, onsite parking, and private access.

One of the BBQ facilities is conveniently located nearby. Other amenities include pool, hot tub, tennis and playground. Close proximity to the Makai Golf Course.

Princeville

This place needs a major upgrade. Stains on the furniture, rust around the sink, needs new carpeting, refrigerator, a more comfortable pull out couch, new window coverings. For the price I was really dissatisfied. A huge cockroach greeted us as we walked in. Gross!

Spacious and well equipped condo with ocean view

We were very happy with the location of the condo and how well equipped and spacious it was. It was very comfortable for our 4 week stay. There were a few minor issues which need maintenance, but they didn’t interfere with our enjoyment of our vacation.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cliffs is a really nice setting and the apartments are pretty comfortable and well featuredThis unit had a nice breeze, never hot. The refrigerator was a little dated and dinged and there was an older lounge chair and ottoman with a towel on it - if I were the owners , I'd replace the chair and fridge just to present a less "worn" lookI'd stay here again , the location was great and comfortable, most of the time a condo is a place to prepare meals, sleep and recharge for the next days activities and this place checked all those boxesGreat view of the ocean from the common areas

Cliffs of Princeville

The overall property is beautiful and well maintained! The staff are super nice and helpful. The unit we were in could have used a little attention in the way of updates furniture and bathroom. The leg fell off a nightstand and the shower doors were a bit wonky. That being said, it was still a beautiful place to stay and I would highly recommend it! If I one thing that consistently bothered me, it would be the roosters crowing in the early morning hours, but not much to do about that. Still a great stay!
