Your own tropical paradise overlooking the fabulous Florida Bay -
this family favorite is just 67 miles south of Miami! Futura Yacht
Club is a small, gated community with a private marina and
accommodations available for that tranquil tropical getaway you've always imagined. This is an elegant 5th floor 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo large enough for a party of 7, but still stylish, comfortable and affordable. This condo has a private balcony and is located in the tower bldg, just a short elevator ride away from the tennis courts and swimming pool. This condo comes fully equipped with all your vacation comforts in mind. Wireless internet available. Protected dockage is available for boats up to 36 feet with easy ocean access through Snake Creek or Tavernier Creek for just $200 per week. $250 per week during holiday weeks.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please leave gate cards on the dining room table
Please turn a/c to 77 degrees
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Boat slips are $200/week. $250 holiday. Insurance is required. Futura then charges $150 for trailer storage and $50 to bring boat on property
4-5 days prior to your arrival, we will email instructions on where to pick up your gate cards. You will need those to enter the Futura gate.
Check out is 10am. Leave gate cards on the dining room table when you depart.

Had a great time celebrating my wife's 60th birthday on the Keys. Property has awesome sunset views from the balcony, excellent pool and fishing off a small beach area. Even saw a Tarpon swimming around in the marina. Great place!!1

Spring break from Wisconsin to Islamorada

We love EVERYTHING about Futura Yacht Club! It is clean, quiet, friendly and BEAUTIFUL. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Can’t wait to come back.

Amazing Customer Service!

There were issues with this Condo, but the Rental Company’s Customer Service is AWESOME! I was surprised to find out that the owners of unit 501 were there before we arrived to leave a main stove burner in non working condition, dead plants and dirt all over the deck and many light bulbs missing or burnt out, but Key Rentals was more than willing to fix these minor issues. I failed to mention that initially we had another condo rented at first but there were water issues. Key Rentals found another condo for us or offered a refund we’ll past the refund time. Again……Customer Service cannot be beat!

Not that clean.

We had a real treasure hunt to get our keys and find the correct property. When we arrived there were no top sheets for the bunked beds for my girls. Towels were put away still wet. The kids bathroom shower had hair in it. The bathroom sink was getting clogged because there was no drian stopper in it. Also, coffee cups were obviously dirty and old coffee grounds left in the coffee maker. There are clearly some housekeeping issues. Not okay to have dried blood in the stairway either! Not sure what that was! This is a great location and could be a nice place to stay if it were cleaned properly.

Christmas in Islamorada

We loved our stay at Futura and in this unit. We originally booked for a week but didn’t want to go home so we were able to stay an extra day. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to have a few meals home. Everything was clean, I’m picky with cleanliness so I wash all the dishes we will use before we start any look at the beds to make sure the sheets are clean. The laundry is shared, which I may have missed in the listing but I wasn’t expecting it. That ended up fine and we didn’t have any issues getting things washed. The balcony has beautiful views and the slider door opens double what I was excited to allow plenty of fresh air to flow. We played tennis regularly, our son fished and we swam in the heated pool almost every day. I loved the relaxing area where this condo is located. It’s definitely not the craziness you are in at Key West. We were there during Christmas, I’m not sure how the traffic is typically but it took probably 30 minutes to get to restaurants that are 10 miles away. I think if you have bikes or a boat, it will eliminate the traffic. There were a few really good restaurants within walking distance. I definitely would go back.

Never a disappointment

We've continued to return to FYC every year. It's always an enjoyable experience. You can't beat the scenery, location, accessibility and overall atmosphere. Great food, fishing, and fun close by.

Great time by all!

The Condo building is very clean and secure. The unit we had was clean, with a nice balcony that we watched the sunrise and sunset from. Plenty of restaurants close by. Also many restaurants that we found by boat. We did rent a boat slip with the condo. There is a boat ramp and parking all inside the property. We can't wait to do it again!!
