The family homestead has been in our family since the 1940s. It is a classic and beautiful beach home that is fully updated yet retaining the style and charm of its original character.
My mother, Shirley Bean, began visits to The Fellows House in the 1940s when she was a young teenager. She told us delightful stories of growing up summering on The Point and how, in so many ways, time has stood still for this tranquil and scenic seashore community. Four generations of our family have enjoyed this timeless property.

Why they chose this property

The location is second to none. The land surrounding the home is exceptional and one of a kind -- providing direct access to a sugarsand beach as well as a large, gracious manicured lawn for family activities. The lawn is a hallmark of this quintessential Cape-style, seaside residence. Beach access is by boat ramp and association stairs.

What makes this property unique

Seabreeze. Sunsets. Sugarsand. Views are amazing! You will feel as though you're on a cruise ship looking out onto the crystal clear waters of Cape Cod Bay! And, the sunsets.
