Located in North Mission Beach, at 739 Yarmouth Court, San Diego, CA, this is a Charming One-bedroom Condo on the ground floor with a kitchenette & service for 4, a bath, a living room, a bedroom and an adjacent lush patio with brand new Saltillo tile! It is one unit of a 2 unit home with its own entrance.

The living room got NEW artwork, and a professional cleaning on the couch and some fresh paint! It's beautiful!

It is the perfect economical alternative to a hotel stay for a couple or a small family, (with only one small quiet child - a crib is available). Only steps to the sand, (about 150 feet), on a quiet courtyard we're also just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and a myriad of outdoor activities...and it's really nice! There’s so much to do here and enjoy. .
If you're here in San Diego please come by and take a look.
Now with a New Samsung TV and a reworked entertainment center, a Brand New Dresser in the bedroom, a new Fire/CO fire extinguisher and the couch has been professionally cleaned with new foam in the seat cushions. The Place is REALLY NICE! And a real deal if you find me direct: David Lombardi, Architect/Builder, Mission Beach, San Diego.

Please check the calendar for availability. Oh ya, did I mention it's really nice?! ...and the weather is beautiful here now!

Small group functions may be allowed with prior owner written permission. Note: I do not ever "bridge" weekends, (except now through June 8). They ruin the possibility of renting the weeks on both sides. Usually no Monday check outs are allowed. MONTH-LONG STAYS ARE GREATLY DISCOUNTED!

Please follow the Vacation Rental Agreement’s instructions.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All credit card transaction fees will need to be reimbursed. A 3rd person is $45/night. No one but the the stated tenants are allowed on the property
There are no group functions without prior written permission of the owner. A utility charge will be added to off-season monthly bookings.
The Vacation Rental Agreement covers the property, dates and rules of the house. It's mandatory. The $40 cleans linens only. It must be left clean.

The property was located at the perfect location (a block away from the beach). David was very attentive and a wonderful host. Place was comfortable and beautiful and close to everything. We rented bikes which made things even better. Parking was a problem but there's no way around that. Will definitely visit again!! Thank you!

This is a great value! Very close to the beach, but also within walking distance of a good grocery store and restaurants. There is also a bus stop very nearby that can quickly (and cheaply) take you almost anywhere in San Diego - even up to Torrey Pines. The kitchen is small, but we were able to make almost all of our meals there with no problem. The outdoor grill was great for cooking fish (fresh from Nico's - short walk away). The location and affordability are hard to beat!

The host was present upon check in. Told us the rules and asked we leave it like we found it. We definitely could not have done that. The bathroom had obviously not been cleaned after the prior person. Thankfully I had Clorox wipes and found his cleaning supplies. I can confidently state the place was left cleaner than we found it.

While I appreciate the way you left the place I disagree with your assessment of the bathroom. I had wiped down the vanity countertop and sink. I disinfected the toilet with Clorox cleaner and I sprayed the shower down with Tylex and scrubbed the grout joints. I put a fresh roll of TP in the holder. Wiped down the blinds and then I swept and mopped the floors. This I did myself so I know first-hand what was done.

This place was great! It is only a stone's throw from the beach/boardwalk and walking distance to all the restaurants in PB. It is a five minute drive to La Jolla and 15 minute drive from the airport.

Beach Property

This is a small but nice place to stay if you want to be able to walk 100 yards to the beach and if you want to pay a reasonable fee. Location is fantastic and is close to restaurant and a supermarket. The beach was fantastic.

One thing that was upsetting was that there wasn’t onsite parking as described in the details. There is only street parking which can be difficult to find and you have to move your car each weekday to avoid citations. I may not have chosen this place had I known this portion. There were some cleanliness issues in the kitchen, but the overall stay was good. The short walk to the beach was perfect.

It's noted that it's on-street parking in the listing. I have never listed on-site parking. Never! I can't be held accountable for a tenant's lack of correct reading. The kitchen was spotless. I know - I cleaned it myself.

Why they chose this property

I wanted a beach house in San Diego. Who doesn't? It was just a termite ridden shack when I bought it, but I built it into something very nice. Come and enjoy!

What makes this property unique

NOTE: Even with the pandemic mostly behind us I am still washing every piece of bedclothes from the mattress cover through the sheets, bedspread, blankets, down comforter and even the pillows between each rental. (Yes, it takes all day and 5 loads of laundry to do so). Additionally I am wiping down all countertops, door knobs, entertainment equipment fridge, microwave and the entire bathroom with Clorox disinfectant spray. The shower gets treated with Clorox/Tilex anti-mildew/mold spray which is also a powerful disinfectant capable of killing Staphyloccocus aureus, (Staph), Streptococcus pyogenes, (Strep), Trichophyton mentagrophytes, (Athlete's foot), and Aspergilus niger. In short, I am doing everything I can think of to make the place clean.
