"Paradise" Waterfront Condo with 19' Boat

This is beautiful "Lake Tarpon Villa's" Condominiums. This is a quiet small 40-unit association complex on Lake Tarpon. This fully furnished condominium is located in a lagoon like setting on Lake Tarpon, ten minutes east of some of the most popular sandy white Gulf of Mexico beaches and Sunsets in the nation. This lovely complex is surrounded by water and boardwalks, a notable feature for peace and tranquility!
This second-floor condominium comes with a community pool, a 6 person Jacuzzi and a 19' pontoon boat! The condo's rear patio overlooks the pool area and boat docks where you have your own private 19-foot pontoon boat awaiting your arrival!
The master bedroom is spacious and has an additional attached patio.
The second bedroom has a queen bed for family or guests.
The family room sofa has a hide-a-bed to sleep two in comfort as well.
Lake Tarpon is approximately 4 miles long and 2 miles wide,
perfect for bass fishing and cruising. This condo is one of 40
units and is secluded from the busy Gulf beaches and traffic, yet
close to shopping malls, restaurants, and resorts.

If you use a pontoon boat please keep it at a half a tank Before you depart. There is no fuel station on the lake so you'll need the fuel can under the helm station and run to a local gas station.

Just basic cleaning of the pontoon boat if used and the unit itself. Leave it as you would leave your own home.

We enjoyed this rental last year so much that we booked it for 2026 as soon as a date was available. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, bowls, etc. There’s plenty of room. I had my two sisters stay for 2 nights. The boat was a joy to use.

Everything was as expected. I would suggest a check of the kitchen faucet. No water pressure and no way to swivel. The boat was a pleasure. Paul was most helpful. I would warn travelers of the terrible traffic in the area. Very difficult to get around. Bit that is not a problem to be fixed! Enjoyed our stay.

Great Place with Great Location

Quiet and comfortable. The lake was amazing and all the nearby parks were wonderful. The boat added daily adventures and great times by all. The Town of Dunedin was a gem. The stay here was relaxing and we enjoyed every minute.

Great condo and boat

This was our second stay and we were just as happy as our first. The condo is clean, well stocked and comfortable but the best part is the boat. Being out on the water is just amazing and being able to drive it ourselves makes it perfect

Lake Tarpon

We enjoyed use of the pontoon boat. Breakfast on the balcony in the morning sun was relaxing. Also cool breeze during the day was an added plus on Florida’s hot days. It’s close to many restaurants and shopping. Anderson park was near by so we were able to walk along trails.

Wonderful trip and host

My wife, family and I had a great time. The place was just as described. The pool felt like our own and fishing / boating was great fun for all of us. I recommend this property highly. Kids already want to go back. Owner of the property, Paul, was great to us.

Great property for a great vacation!

The condo was very nice and well kept. Loved being able to see some water from the balcony. The boat was awesome to use. We were able to go up to a nice little restaurant on the lake by boat for lunch one day and we're able to go out fishing one evening. So much fun!! Thank you guys for a great vacation!

Immaculately clean!

This property was better than advertised. The owners stocked the cabinets and left a notebook full of information about activities and restaurants in the area. We didn’t have time to use the boat, but it was a wonderful addition.. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Repeat renters. Enjoyed our stay and use of the pontoon boat. Some minor issues resolved quickly by Paul who is always a pleasure to deal with. Unit updates quite nice. Near everything we needed and only downside was the traffic on US19 during the rush hours.

My family and I had a fantastic vacation at Tarpon Villas. The host was terrific and checking in was very easy. The villa was immaculate and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and even had seasonings. Paul had lots of extras such as pool and beach toys, chairs, fishing gear and coolers. They came in handy. My grandkids loved, loved the pool and went swimming every day. We saw alot of beautiful wildlife and even spotted an alligator in the channel. Downtown couldn't be easier to get to. We enjoyed walking around the shops. We bought lots of great souvenirs, even sponges. We ate at Alexander's, the food was awesome. My grandson wanted to try octopus and he actually liked it. We visited the splash pad and jump park for the kids and the Tampa Bay automobile museum for the husband. The jump house was a little pricey but everything else was well worth it. I can't forget the Pontoon boat, such fun. Went up river to Tarpon Turtles? for lunch. Can't forget sunset beach, awesome. Clearwater is not far away either. Took a trip there for the day. We all preferred Tarpon Springs. Less crowded, pricey and noisy. We recommend this villa and will be back someday.

Stayed 2 weeks in December. The unit was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and everything worked as it should. The pictures were accurate and the owners were excellent. Located on the lake, with dock and centrally located to shopping, area beaches and eateries. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again without hesitation. Thanks Paul and Karen.

We really enjoyed the property and would love to stay again. Unfortunately our stay was cut short due to the pandemic and our Canadian leader advised all Canadians to return home as soon as possible. We left on Saturday, March 21, 2020.

Lakeside apartment

Good communication and check in info from Paul. Good size apartment with good size communal outdoor pool, feels like your own as no-one else was using. Good area with lovely beaches. Disappointed, due to lack of rain in previous months, that unable to take boat out onto lake. However, Paul more than compensated by taking us out on his searay sundancer cruiser ‘Charming’ for the afternoon and lunch

Awesome condo and boat!

I went with my 19-year-old son to go fishing on Lake Tarpon. Place was perfect with separate bedrooms and baths for us and everything you would need. The balcony is nice looking out over the canals. However, the boat was the big selling point and was easy to use and get around the lake. We spent all day fishing out on the lake and it was really easy and fast to get around. Paul was great to work with and gave us a quick no-nonsense overview of the boat which worked perfectly for us. It’s a great way to see like tarpon!

I hale from Chicago Illinois (1985) and have been in the Military & Law Enforcement field for most of my career. I started a Yacht Management, Transport and Training business in the Tampa Bay area. My wife Karen, in the Insurance field, originated from Tennessee, but has been in Florida since childhood. Karen and I are retired from our career jobs now and want to focus on adding additional condo's and homes to our rental vacation business.

Lake Tarpon Villas is unique in many ways. It has the peacefulness of a romantic getaway on Lake Tarpon but it is nestled in one of the most beautiful beach areas in the country. You can fresh water fish out your back door in one of the best bass fishing lakes in the state, or head to the fishing docks in Tarpon Springs and Clearwater Beach where you can hop on a deep sea fishing boat to catch the big ones! You are within driving distance to Busch Gardens, Sea World and Disney World. The city of Tampa is just a drive over the causeway with many venues you would seek in a larger city. Beach life, entertainment and fine dining in the Florida Suncoast. What more could you ask for!
