Pristinely clean, spacious and comfortable apartment. In a superb and very attractive location in the old part of town - 5 mins from the beach, cafés, restaurants and shops (including a small supermarket). Easy to get to from the airport (taxi approx €25 or bus €3.85 per person). Alicante is a charming place with a traditional Spanish feel. Loved it! Warm welcome from the owners who are on hand 24/7. Great to be able to store luggage when we arrived early. Thank you!

Great location with lots of space

Overall, it was a really good stay and we ultimately enjoyed our time in Alicante. This is a spacious apartment and it was nice because there were three bedrooms, one for each of our adult children. Communication was confusing prior to check in however. It was very unclear where we went or what we were supposed to do to get the keys and things. If you are reading this now, know that the property is managed by hotel only a few feet up the road, and you will do all of your check-in and Pick up there. They’re actually quite helpful once you get there, but communication prior to that was very meager. About the apartment is that there is nowhere to try laundry outside, so we had the clothes rack inside the living room area. Also, there’s just air conditioner, so you have to use the fans to get the cool air to circulate into those rooms and that it was a bit too warm at night With the fans.

3 superbes journées à Alicante : seul hic pas d'adresse sur le mail pour notre arrivée et communication compliquée par téléphone en espagnol ou en anglais avec l'accent, difficulté à trouver l'hôtel où récupérer les clés de notre logement ! Très belle ville avec beaucoup d'activités à faire, de très bons restaurants et la plage !!!

appartement trés bien situé, trés propre. 3 vraies chambres (un seul matelas un peu bosselé),2 vraies salles de bain. la climatisation est largement appréciée ! nous n'avons seulement déploré que le manque d'ustensiles de cuisine et de vaisselle, non proportionné aux 7 personnes annoncées. En dehors de cela, nous recommandons cet appartement.
