We are following a cleaning protocol were we are cleaning an dessinfecting with EPA registered disinfectants all surfaces and frequently touched areas. Escape to to what is known to our family for the past 50 years as the most magical place on earth!!!! El Cocal is a Gated community of Beach Houses tucked away between the beautiful mountains and caribbean ocean of in the east coast of Puerto Rico. Here your mind, body, and soul can't help but relax and become one with nature.
Villa Mar is a brand new house with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Master Bedroom has a queen size bed. 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with twin bed on top and full on the bottom with a trundle bed. 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed. Full kitchen,living room tv, dvd , ipod station, games, movies, dinning room , big porch looking to ocean views, hammac and outdoor furniture, outdoor shower and bathroom,washer and dryer, all linens and towels provided, parking for 2 cars, club house with basketball court, beach chairs, basketball, etc.. Brand new private inbound pool(pictures coming soon)
Close to Snorkiling, Restaurants, Golf, Rainforest, Old San Juan.

We were looking for a quiet and beautiful place to spend a long weekend with friends. Elizabeth's place was perfect for us. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep and the bedrooms and bathrooms were thoughtfully stocked with enough supplies for our stay. The pool was perfect and it overlooked a beautiful coastal beach in southeastern Puerto Rico. Elizabeth was very responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this villa.

If I could give this 10 stars I would. The place was spectacular. The view, the ocean, the beach, the pool, the views,.. need I say more. The place had everything we needed. We brought plenty of food and were planning on going out some, but it was just too beautiful and relaxing to leave. The beach was perfect as part of it had large rocks in a cove to make swimming perfect for little ones and adults. It was very private and we pretty much had the beach to ourselves. Sitting in the pool and looking over the ocean is beyond paradise. We will be back!!! Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise.

This is a very beautiful place, we had an amazing time, very clean and quiet. The private beach was so great and so close. It’s about an hour from San Juan and Bosque Yunque.

The hostess was very responsive. The shower handle was broken upon arrival and she had it repaired promptly. The pool has a gorgeous view and was so relaxing. The house was clean. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

We loved our stay here. House was very clean and nicely decorated. 3 nice bedrooms, living room and kitchen were a good size. The pool and patio were used every day and evenings too! Amazing view of the ocean from the pool, we loved it! We appreciated that pool/ beach towels were provided. We will be coming back to this home. Highly recommend!

Why they chose this property

EL Cocal is a very special place for me and my family. My grandparents bought a beach house when El Cocal was created 50 years ago. As a Kid my family used to spend weekends at the Beach House. This was and is my happy and safe place, lots of Great memories!!!!!
My family loved this place so much that my parents retired at the Beach house and I recently built two villas to keep coming every year with my husband and two beautiful boys. I want for them to experience what I experience as a child, tranquility, family time and quality of life.
If you are looking for your happy place this might be the one!!!

What makes this property unique

Beautiful views of the ocean and mountains!!!! Marine turtles lay their eggs on our beach between March and June!!!
