2nd time at this property. We love the location and size of the home. Clean and well equipped, gas grill was not in the best shape and shrubbery was out of control, that’s not really a big deal I just hope things are not going to start to go downhill! We would like to make this a yearly family vacation spot.

Great house of the lake - close to Geneva. This house has everything you need. Very modern and clean. 4 BR and 3 1/2 baths with comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen. Quick access to the dock and raised deck over looking the lake. The fire pit was great for smores and relaxing. We would definitely book here again.

The house was very clean and comfortable for our long weekend away. Unfortunately while we were there (early May 2026) the dock was inaccessible due to some damage, but it didn’t hinder our stay.

We had an excellent experience. The house was awesome, and fit the 7 of us very easily. We were able to cook and make dinner and eat all together around the dining table and hang out together in the living room, very spacious.

We had a wonderful time celebrating my sister’s 40th birthday here! We were able to comfortably sleep 15 people for one of our nights here. They had plenty of parking, though it was a bit confusing which driveways were part of the property. Unfortunately the dock access was limited due to water levels, but we still enjoyed our stay tremendously. The location is perfect, with close proximity to wineries, Pat’s pizzeria (excellent btw), and stores nearby to grab last minute items we forgot. While still offering private lakefront access across the street.

This house is beautiful, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and a great base for exploring the Finger Lakes. Eight of us stayed for the weekend, and every single one of us would like to stay here again. The house has everything you need and ample parking. Outstanding property!

Awesome weekend

This place was perfect for our weekend celebration! Tons of beds with linens and lots of space for hanging out, eating, relaxing , etc. we had perfect weather and enjoyed being able to go float on the water and hang out on the dock.
