About this property

Our family Maui Condo..A home away from home.

Our 2 bedroom – 2 bath condo is just across the street from two of Maui’s best south shore beaches (Charley Young and Kamaole 1). Charley Young beach has awesome volcanic rock formations, and there are restrooms and lifeguards stationed just down the beach at Kamaole 1.

The surf is mostly gentle and perfect for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkeling, whale watching (in season) and marveling at the spectacular sunsets.


Relax in a lounge chair and take a refreshing dip in our heated fresh-water swimming pool; then unwind in the Jacuzzi. Throw a steak or some burgers on the barbecue and enjoy lunch or dinner poolside. It doesn’t get better than this!

OUR CONDO COULDN'T BE MORE CONVENIENTLY LOCATED…..It’s directly in the middle of South Kihei at Pacific Shores, a well-maintained condo complex, with loads of restaurants and shops for all budgets within easy walking distance. Golf, tennis, and upscale dining & shopping are a ten-minute drive away in Wailea.

Our condo is located in building A and is an end unit with stairs or elevator access.

Tastefully decorated with a Queen bed in both bedrooms and pull out couch in living room.
Smart TV in living room with Netflix access and flat screen TV's in both bedrooms. Free wifi and long distance to US, Canada, Hong Kong and China.

Window air conditioner in living room with a total of 4 ceiling fans and 2 stand up fans.

The Master Bedroom has a full ensuite with a walk in tiled shower.

The Main Bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

Our condo is perfect for 1-2 couples, or a family up to 6 people. Our complex is a delightful mix of Maui residents and tourists from all over the world that you’ll have an opportunity to get to know at sunset at the beach and at the pool and Jacuzzi.

Our condo 'House Rules require “quiet time” from 10pm – 8am. The pool is closed during this time and most of us settle down to a movie at home or retire early. This is not the place for regular late night parties.


SO COME STAY WITH US! We’ll supply the beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, cooler, snorkel gear and boogie board. Just bring your swimsuit and sunscreen – and have a fantastic vacation!

We have 1 parking spot available, should you need another there is visitor parking available.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home for our family trip to Maui. The condo had everything we needed, was comfortable, clean, and steps from the beach. We made use of the provided beach equipment that was all in great condition. Tons of shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Check in was easy, even arriving in the middle of the night. Thanks for a fantastic stay on Maui! Would definitely stay here again if we ever make it back!

Fantastic location. Nice to have AC. Considerate extras that we could borrow (umbrella, beach chairs, snorkel gear, etc). Unfortunately, dishwasher stopped working during our stay, but owner very responsive and ultimately, the dishwasher was replaced.We’ve stayed in other parts of Maui on previous trips (wailea, Makena), but this was the absolutely best location in terms of beach proximity and proximity to other island activities. Highly recommend!

Thanks for a great stay. The hosts were very accommodating for our stay. Was a perfect start to our Hawai’i trip. Great location and we really appreciated having everything we needed for our young kids. Very nice beach nearby and very safe and kid friendly location. This condo is in a great location! The nearby beaches (within walking distance) are some of the best ones we found, but it is also within easy distance of other beaches. The included beach chairs, towels, cooler, umbrella, and boogie boards were so helpful for beach visits. It is easy to walk or drive to shopping and restaurants. The condo was clean and comfortable.

Very clean and comfortable unit and so close to the beach. We really appreciated having beach towels, chairs, boards, snorkel gear and a cooler available for our use. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and having two full bathrooms was a plus. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time, enjoyed how much was within walking distance. Also, not too far from the airport, great central location. Really appreciated the beach items available for us to use. The AC was only available in the main living area, but with the fans provided we were able to circulate the air into the rooms.
