This newly inside and out remodeled single story home is 2000 sqft. It has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps 6. The house is equiped with WIFI and satelite TV, washer and dryer. Everything you need; plates, silverware, towels etc. The desert style landscaped backyard has tables, chairs and BBQ grill. It is a friendly neighborhood that is walking distance from the famous sky-scraping Stratosphere, Fremont Street Experience, SLS Hotel and Casino. 10 min from Fashion Show mall and convention center. 15 min from Harry Reid International Airport.

Acro comp

We decided to stay here rather than get two rooms at the westgate for an acro comp. It was such a smooth experience and we got plenty of rest. I’m glad we chose this option and we had a great stay

The stay was great except there was only one thin blanket on bed, no sharp knives to cut anything up,bathtub was a dangerous place as it had no mat and i slipped ,did not fall but was very scary due to my age i could of gotten hurt, not propane to barbecue with. And did not tell truth how far the strip was from the house. It says 5 minutes took us alot longer than that.

Eclectic house

The house met our needs. The beds were comfortable, but there were not extra blankets for couple of who are cold sleepers. There were 5 bath towels which was not enough to meet our needs. The bathroom is tiny. The kitchen would not have enough dishware if more than 4 people are staying. The check in process was the most unusual that we have ever experienced. We were not given the access information until we arrived and emailed through VRBO. The owner was very responsive any time she was contacted this way.

Front of property is really nice compared to other parts of Vegas. Everything needed, including the strip, is only a few minutes away and the nightly rate was incredible.

Complaints. You say I didn’t stay at this location but I stayed there from April 21 to April 29th. Y

I’ve used VRBO a number of times but I will never use them again. You advertised this rental for a certain price but when I ran my credit card there were a number of extra charges that weren’t disclosed. Additional guest fees. I had 5 people stay there with no additional guest that stayed. Owners fee which was not disclosed in the advertisement. Service fee which was also not disclosed. I will be referring this to the Better Business Bureau and will never use this service again

Six of my family members for a three night stay April 2019. Overpriced, unfinished remodel. Ceiling damage from roof leaks. House smelled moldy. Front door hard to open from inside without knuckle damage! Pair of underwear at base of bed on floor. Not even a minimal amount of towels. Only one trash liner. Moldy coffee filter. Serious mold inside washer! And regardless, owner insisted I pay an additional $100 for small caged dog. We bought additional towels after notifying owner of our situation. Only got texts from owner re: AFTER we left. I thought VRBO had stricter requirements for owners! Very disappointed. Lost my confidence in Home Away/VRBO.

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! Location was AWESOME! Very close to the main strip and Fremont. The neighborhood was nice. All rooms were clean and the back yard was nice to relax. There’s is only one TV in the living room and it doesn’t have a good selection of channels which was not good but we didn’t watch much TV anyway. If you have kids or plan to stay much in the house that’s definitely something that is needed. The master had a TV but not the other rooms. Overall the house is great!!!

This was our second stay at this house and it meets our needs. Nothing fancy, but minutes to the strip or Fremont. Place could use some TLC and there is NO DISHWASHER...which gets old fast. Upgraded TV in master this year was nice, WIFI was fast and easy to connect, and everything functioned well.

Lots of space for families

Spent most of the week of Thanksgiving at this property. Easily accommodated our family and our Thanksgiving dinner, which was the key reason for booking this place. Owner was very nice and allowed us to add our two dogs to our reservation last-minute, when our pet sitter fell through. Home was close enough to the Strip to make it an inexpensive Uber ride. Neighborhood was quiet during our stay. Beds were extremely comfortable. We did have to purchase a lot of basic supplies for our stay - salt/pepper/etc., cookie sheets, measuring cups/spoons, laundry detergent/dryer sheets, etc. There weren't many towels in the home, so it would be good if the owner would provide extras. TV and internet worked great. Yard was nice for the weather we had, but the property needs to be picked up to make it safe for young kids and animals. Overall a good experience for our family, and we really appreciated the owner accommodating our dogs.

Nice quite place. The only reson I did not give it a 5 star is it did not have a good selection of stations on the TV. The beds were comfy and the house was very clean. Another plus is it is close to pretty much everything. Not far from Las Vegas Blvd and not far from Freemont.

Great spot for our Vegas conference trip

Super location. It was comfortable and quiet. We had plenty of room, and enjoyed having a washer/dryer. Would absolutely stay here again.
