About this property

Spacious Townhouse Within View of the Oxford Square, 4BR/3BA and Private Parking

4 Bedrooms:
** The bedroom downstairs has a Queen bed and is located next to a full bathroom.
** The master bedroom upstairs has a King bed, an HD TV, a large walk-in closet, and private bathroom. The master also has a private covered balcony with a view of the Square.
** The green bedroom upstairs has a King bed and an HD TV. It shares a bathroom with yellow bedroom.
** The yellow bedroom upstairs has a King bed and an alcove area for a pack-n-play or twin blow-up mattress (both are provided) and is located next to a full bathroom.

3 Full Baths:
**1 Bath downstairs
**2 Baths upstairs
All bathrooms have a sink and shower/tub combo.

Living Room:
Enjoy watching the game on the large HD TV. AT&T Uverse TV and Wireless Internet are provided. The living room includes two couches (one is a sleeper sofa) and three chairs. The living room is open to the dining room and has French doors to the balcony.

Kitchen:
The kitchen has an oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and washer/dryer. We also provide a toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, and Keurig. We have stocked the kitchen with dishes, cooking utensils, and some basic pantry items to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Dining Room:
The dining room is open to the living space and seats 6.

Balcony:
The deck off the living room is spacious enough for your dinner party and has a view of the Square. It has seating for 14 people.

Garage:
We have plenty of parking for your entire group, up to 5 cars. The oversized garage is accessible through a private driveway and parking area and is adjacent to a city parking lot.

Location:
We are the ONLY 4 bedroom townhouse in the downtown business district. The location right behind City Hall is excellent! Leave your car and walk nearly everywhere you need to go. We're also a one-minute walk to a bus stop.

Our Family Business:
East Jackson Guest House is a small, family-run business. We take great pride in providing our guests with a comfortable stay closer to the Court House than any hotel. We enjoy meeting the guests who stay in our townhouse, and we are not satisfied if East Jackson Guest House doesn't become your favorite place to stay when you visit Oxford!

East Jackson Guest House was perfect for our game weekend. We were able to walk over to the Square easily and had no worries about parking- townhouse was very well stocked and had everything we needed. The home is adorable and is right at the Square in Oxford which was so convenient. The homeowners were always accessible with our questions and left many treats and toiletry items for us. The location was awesome. Was able to walk a block to downtown which was amazing especially since it was such a busy weekend. Place was very nice as well with lots of room. We also appreciated the snacks and coffee that was left for us. Will definitely try to book again soon here.

Graduation Weekend

We just stayed for Ole Miss graduation. We had two of our adult children plus my mother-in-law. It was a perfect location as we could just walk one block and we were in the Square. Very spacious with plenty of bathrooms. Two great balconies to enjoy morning coffee or cocktails. Ample parking Host was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay again.
