For adult groups max occupancy is 8, and all have to be 25 or older. Located in the new resort community of Bayside Ocean City on Sinepuxent Bay, on route 611. Only 5 min drive to boardwalk and downtown OC at 1st Street & 8min to Assateague Island parks & beaches, minutes to supermarkets, convenience stores, specialty stores, mall & outlets, restaurants, golf, movies, amusement parks, water sports, marina, fishing, biking, and all the attractions OC has to offer. Spacious, private, designer decorated & furnished with top quality furniture & bedding for your comfort. Features: upgraded & fully equipped kitchen, upgraded baths, jetted tub, cable, WIFI, 5 TVs, DVD, over-sized washer/dryer, patio furniture, gas grill, 4-car driveway. Why they chose this property

We were visiting Assateague Island and while driving back we saw the development when it was still under construction. We stopped by and fell in love with the community and all the amenities it offered. We also loved the model homes. So we decided we had to buy this particular model which had a long and private driveway as well as one of the largest lots which is also private and backs to the woods. Another reason we chose this model is because it has a kitchen in the back versus front and had a den on the first floor and a beautiful loft on the third floor.
