Unobstructed turquoise open water views. A short walk to famous barefoot beach bar called 'Caddy's on the Beach'. Watch the dolphins swim by from the balcony and your window! King size bed and Queen pull out. Heated pool.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location was perfect, right on the beach, with beautiful views. The place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The host was easy to communicate with. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

We have stayed in this particular unit many times. It is always well stocked with essential supplies to get you started. Quiet, clean, air conditioned and has a beautiful view. It is truly paradise. The owner is lovely. We will definitely be back.

Stayed here many times- it is our happy place for a staycation. Our 4th floor “balcony” (the walkway in front of apartments) is where we spend the most time- watching the dolphins frolic all day or the sunset!! This VRBO and the Sunset Chateau is back, better than ever, after the devastating hurricanes!! The VRBO has everything you need- just bring your toothbrush and a bathing suit!! The pool and grounds were restored to better than before the hurricanes. Chaises and picnic tables/umbrellas in the pool area and on the boardwalk and grills too!! The people that visit or live at the Sunset Chateau are always friendly and social, helpful, respectful and quiet at night!! And with a quick 1/4 mile walk to Caddy’s and Ka’Tiki and less than a mile car ride to the BEST Mexican food in Florida - VIP’s Mexican- we never cook while on our staycation! My mom (86 years young) appreciates the shower only option so much as she can’t climb over a tub. And having a pool that has a double grab bar at for the pool steps- having railings to hold on to on both sides while walking up very shallow steps made the pool 1000% usable and enjoyable for my mom!! Due to the refurbishing of the beach after the hurricane, the county had to build up many of the beaches leaving quite tall step down/step up - knee high- from the dry sand to the water/shoreline. For seniors or those with physical limitations- makes water access challenging but the pool is AWESOME. Already looking to rebook!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this immaculate apartment in Treasure Island, Florida. Everything was spotless, and all of the dishes, furnishings, and decor were so tastefully and thoughtfully chosen. The beach was beautiful, and the sunsets were truly spectacular. Denise was an exceptional host and did everything she could to help us, always being incredibly responsive and available whenever we had a question. She truly helped make our visit relaxing and comfortable. Highly recommend!
