Large area outdoors under cover with shade and 2 picnic tables.
2 new dining tables seating 8 and 6.

Located on 273 on the way to Long Island, Indian Lake. This property is on one of Ohio's largest lakes with 5,800 acres of water. This waterfront, 3 bedroom modern cottage was built in the 1990's and is situated in a nice residential area. The large great room offers a wood burning fireplace, 3 couches, and 2 dining tables. The sun porch opens to patio area and back yard overlooking the water. Private boat dock. The cottage sleeps up to ten. Two bedrooms offer queen size beds, the third bedroom includes two full size beds, additional cots and a sleeper sofa available. Updated kitchen includes all cookware and dishes. Property has parking for at least 6 cars.
