Great location and view of the lake. We went for a wedding at the Fire House and this was so close to the event. The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. We did see lots of turkeys, deer, geese and squirrels right from the home. I had a question for the host and he responded right away. The area was beautiful and we would like to go back. The area is great for walking, hiking, fishing and just relaxing.

Spacious cabin is easy to get to, yet still quiet and secluded. View of Lake Cuyamaca and Cuyamaca Peak, from the front room and deck, is serene. Kitchen has every type of equipment needed to prepare meals. Satellite TV and internet. Bring ground coffee for the drip machine, plus any other food you'll need. Julian is a short drive, for anything you forget. We really enjoyed our mini-getaway, and hope to return!

Such a peaceful getaway place. Air Fryer was a helpful new addition this stay. Saw deer, turkey mama and her babies squirrels, bunny and so many different birds. Fishing was fun, love how close we are to the lake. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We loved this cozy and clean cabin! The views of the lake were incredible, and it had everything we needed, including plenty of kitchen appliances, blankets, and towels. The fireplace made it extra cozy, and the large porch was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. We loved watching the turkeys wander by. Short walk or drive to the lake. We had a great stay and would definitely come back!

Our third time staying at this cabin and just as wonderful an experience as the first couple times, we really enjoyed spending time in the covered front deck watching birds for hours. It was a great location to visit ample outdoor areas and still visit some great restaurants in nearby communities. We stayed here while running the San Diego 100m and it’s a fanatic location very close to the start/finish line and easy drive to aid stations. Love this location and highly recommend!
