Come and relax outside on the south balcony, shaded in the summer, and wind protected in the winter. At night, after enjoying the beach and pools, relax in the newly decorated living room with gas fireplace or cook in the fully furnished kitchen. As bedtime arrives, you will sleep like a baby in the king size bed with its own private balcony. The bathroom located just off the bedroom has a new walk-in shower. It also features an enclosed garage with garage door opener for your convenience.

Pools close at 10:00 pm. Strictly enforced to assure quiet time for those that hit the sack early!
Sorry no cats ... owner highly allergic. Small dog (under 20 pounds) with additional fee. Contact Owner for approval and coordination with HOA .

This property is charming. The villa is large for a one bedroom coastal unit. Over 950 square feet with a single car garage. The property is extremely well maintained with onsite security. The gated community hosts resort features with a home-away-from-home feeling.

What makes this property unique

GREAT LOCATION! The complex is very clean, well maintained, and conveniently located to lots of fun, great eats, and leisurely walks on the beach. The amenities are second-to-none. The pools, hot tubs, sitting areas, walking areas, community room, work-out room, and common areas are impeccable. There is so much to do and see along the coast. We enjoy the local attractions and take 1 1/2 hour day trips to New Orleans and Mobile for more exploring.
