This is a beautiful spot and we love the easy access to the slopes! Our family of four had way more room than we needed! It was spacious and a beautiful spot to spend Thanksgiving! The host was very welcoming when we needed some help with something.

Five stars for our family stay. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Access to the mountain/trails could not be easier. Could have not asked for a better ski in/out stay in all of New England.

To clarify, the location is right off Grammy Jay! You also have the choice to walk over stateside. Very great location. It was also super clean and well kept!

Spring Trip

We had a wonderful time at Jay (as always the mountain didn't disappoint). The condo was very well stocked and very clean and comfortable. Our host were easy to communicate with and we will definitely look to book this unit again on future trips. GO BIRDS!!

Fantastic Ski In Ski Out Unit

Unit matches listing. Quality furniture and decor. Fully equipped kitchen. Unit was clean on arrival. Plenty of space for our group. We really enjoyed being able to get right on the slope, and literally ski back to the door. Definitely want 4WD in ski season.

Had a wonderful week long stay at this Jay Peak ski-in ski-out condo during our annual spring break ski trip. The condominium is an easy 75 feet walk to the Grammy Jay ski trail and the building was quiet even though every unit appeared to be occupied during the busy week. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything needed to cook, and the upstairs living room was a great place for the family to hang out. The separate entrance to the downstairs mud room with a boot and glove dryer made it easy to get ready to go skiing every day. Hope to return here for a future stay.

Perfect location

This ski in ski out condo was perfect for an in-state get away in the midst of a hard winter. We ended up having a very small group due to restrictions but made the best of it and really enjoyed our time on and off the mountain!

Fabulous Jay Stay!

This condo was very clean, comfortable, great ski on/off Grammy Jay, and very well stocked with above-average kitchenware (note: wish we had brought tin foil or plastic wrap for sandwiches to go and leftovers, so be sure to pack your own). Communication with the owners was easy and prompt. Boot and glove dryers downstairs were an added bonus. Loved that the front door opened to the main level with en-suite master and twin beds bedroom with hall full-bath, kitchen, and main living areas (TV has cable and Roku!). Downstairs has a secondary living area with cable TV and another en-suite master. Loved our stay!!!

Amazing condo steps from the slopes at Jay Peak + Superhost

Cathy and the team at evolve made it very easy to rent, access and stay at this property. The 2 story 3 bedroom condo (can easily sleep 8) is fully equipped with ski closet, washer/drier, fireplace, TVs, board games, well appointed kitchen and more! Cathy is such a gracious host and helped us despite some difficulties due to weather (Cathy you're a SUPERHOST!). Note: the adjacent stateside hotel has EV charging in the parking lot next to the theater and is an easy walk back to the Condo.
