The home was exactly as described. There were plenty of beach supplies, even sunscreen. Beds were comfortable. The home was spotless. 2 minutes to a beautiful beach. Decent restaurant options too. Highly recommend.

This property was perfect for our family of six. The walk to the beach was so short that we could come and go multiple times per day. The beach was not busy (even though it was June) and we had plenty of room without being right on top of other people. The well maintained swimming pool provided an excellent escape from the heat. We appreciated the little things in the kitchen, like having plenty of cookware and panty supplies, just little things to make your stay easier. We also appreciated the beach chairs and equipment as well as the bags set for some added entertainment. The neighborhood was very quiet, and although there are houses right next door, you wouldn’t even know anyone was there. Check-in / out and communication with the owner could not have been better.

Great house on Anna Maria Island

Everything about the house was excellent. My family enjoyed it being a 5 minute walk to the beach, swimming in the pool, eating outside, comfortable beds and a nicely stocked kitchen.

Awesome location and property

Communication with the owners was excellent- even after the devastating hurricane last October. They were very forthcoming about the status of the house and property. The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. All beach stuff included was a huge bonus and the location is perfect We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location

Property is absolutely perfect, easy beach access. Owners checked on our arrival and checkout. The house is all equipped, you forget sone no worries they got you covered. Plus there’s beach supplies for you. Pool is beautiful.

Rental was perfect for three families plus grandkids.

Todd was a very gracious, helpful host, and quick to respond to all our questions and needs. We had a 7th month old up to a 72 year old and the rental, proximity to the beach were perfect. As was the pool !!

Amazing home!

This home was even better than we expected! The location is great, 2 minutes to the beach and they had beach chairs, beach wagon, boogie boards… If you’re wondering if the island is ok to visit after the hurricane… IT IS!! Almost everything open, debris is cleaned up and this home in particular is gorgeous!! The comfy beds and beautiful pool was a bonus!! If you’re looking to visit AMI, this is the home to rent!

Wonderful trip!

Todd was very quick to respond. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. The area is a very short walk to the beach. It was in a quiet area, but close to everything as well. We will be back!

Awesome trip

Everything was there, just needed food. It was great! All the amenities from towels to soap to heated pool to kitchen gadgets. I would highly recommend.

Great beach house right across from the beach!

This was an amazing rental experience. The beach house was clean and the perfect size for our family. The kids loved having their own pool. The rental came with all the beach amenities needed when you are flying instead of driving!! Owners were very thoughtful and accommodating.

Lovely house with beautiful pool close to beach

We had a great stay and would come back again. The house is well-laid out and clean and had all the amenities we needed and more. The outdoor pool area was beautiful and inviting. Such a wonderful propeety

We enjoyed our stay at Todd’s house so much. Everything that we needed was right there! The close access to the beach made every sunset just perfect. We enjoyed the open space in the living room dining room and kitchen for our big family. The pool area was absolutely lovely as well. Our trip to the beach was everything we could have asked for! We will be back!
