My husband Jim and I are both retired. I worked for the VA Medical Center in Fayetteville AR. for 30 years. Jim worked for 30 years in Rogers for Glad manufacturing as a mechanic. We have 2 properties on the lake and we live near the rental. Jim and I started a construction company J&W Anderson Construction Inc. which we run now. Jim loves to fish. I like to read and work around the house.

Why they chose this property

We love the lake, fishing, boating, hiking and swimming. The property is located between Springdale and Rogers AR. When we purchased this property my husband worked in Rogers and I worked in Fayetteville, the location of property is half way between Rogers, and Fayetteville AR.

What makes this property unique

We have a wonderful view of the lake, large rocks for climbing. Fishing and swimming across the road. The Hickory Creek Park and Marina, has a boat ramp to launch your boat located across the bay, and 6 miles by road. They have a swimming area and play equipment. A nice deck to enjoy the view and watch the sunrise or set.
