We all had a fantastic time and couldn’t have asked for a better house. It was a beautiful home from the bedrooms to the kitchen and living room to an amazing view of the Pacific Ocean and the pier. You were just steps to the beach and restaurants. Thank you again Doug for all your help. We would definitely love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Gathering Place! The location is absolutely phenomenal, and the host was incredibly helpful and flexible throughout our stay.The house is very spacious, with a bonus room and an additional bathroom in the garage. It’s thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need for a beach getaway, including beach towels, beach chairs, board games, and plenty of books. You really don’t need to bring much!We cooked almost every meal during our stay, and the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, a blender, oven, and everything else we needed to comfortably prepare meals for our group.The neighbors are also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our kids especially enjoyed spending time with one of the neighbor’s kids, which made the stay feel even more special.Overall, it was a fantastic place and a wonderful experience. We would absolutely love to come back!

The house in Cayucos was perfect! It was well equipped for a wonderful week with family (including an infant and a dog). The location was perfect- right across from the beach! Good walking distance to great coffee, good breakfast, convenient liquor store with ingredients forgotten, and great shopping. The house was well stocked with all kitchen things needed! The host was communicative, and even checked in to be sure we were able to enter the house successfully. Internet was fast. Views are incredible! We watched many birds feeding on a bait ball- very cool. The beds were comfortable, and there were extra mattresses, blankets, pillows, etc. pool table was very fun!! We only wish it would’ve been cooler to use the fireplace. The couch in the main sitting room was very comfortable, with reclining chairs. Overall, we absolutely recommend this house and hope to come back again very soon. This was a wonderful place to host my grandpa’s 90th birthday. Thanks for the memories!

We had the best time! The house was the perfect spot for 3 families travelling up to the central coast to visit my Cal Poly SLO student. The house is fully stocked with plenty of room for everyone and then some.

This house has an incredibly well equipped kitchen and comfy places to relax when we were not at the beach! They generously allowed us to stay later in the day as our flight was in the evening. The downstairs bedrooms were all quote comfortable, cozy, and bright. Thank you!

Everything about the house was great! Good kitchen, fully stocked, plenty of space, super close and easy walk to the beach (2 minutes) and shops. Would for sure recommend. The beds are also super comfortable, which is a hard find at rentals.
