Modern Sophisticated . open concept living space. Vaulted Ceilings, lots of natural light. Spacious private bedroom with private entrance. 2 top of the line Queen size beds, European bedding, an an oversized luxurious master bathroom with spa amenities. Kitchenette, 55" Smart 4k TV, and Fireplace in bedroom. Computer desk space, seating areas.

Pool and Spa of natural stone. On-site parking. Outside smoking only, no pets. Dry Sauna available for $20. during cold weather there is a fee of $20 per hour for the jacuzzi. in the summer fee is applied for time after 1 hour of use . keep in mind it take 30 min to heat. Pool is unheated. Beach Umbrella and ice chest available. Common areas are shared such as pool, garden and parking.
Bluetooth in bathroom clock radio. Bluetooth speakers in living room on bookshelf. Bluetooth speakers at the pool.

Highly Recommended House, Garden, and Pool in Very Nice Residential Northridge California

The house is located in a very nice area, and the it is accessible via electronic fence. Once inside there is a semicircle driveway with plenty of parking. Before entering the very clean house with great modern yet classy decor, you walk through a fantastic garden that makes you feel like you are at a 5 star resort. The pool is extremely attractive and the jacuzzi is great for relaxing, they are far above basic amenities. Inside the house are two fantastic and modern bathrooms, a spacious and well decorated living room, and a two bed bedroom. The televisions are equipped with every streaming service and the WiFi is free. The owner of the house is named Linda. She is a very kind person that is available to answer any requests at a moments notice. She is very responsive if needed.

Luxurious, spotless, well-equipped, large guesthouse

This is a real find, beautifully decorated and furnished with care. Also gigantic so easily accommodates blowup beds and foldout beds while still allowing plenty of room for the couches and tables. Has two kitchens and two bathrooms and a sweet gas fireplace. It was too chilly to enjoy the pool and hot tub but they were lovely to look at. No question that we will stay here again if in the area. Kudos to the host(s) who are responsive and clearly care about their property and their guests. Five stars, no question!
