Puerto Vallarta Condo

The condo at Pinnacle Signature was great. Somewhat smaller than the pictures indicated. The guest bedroom did not have a TV. Not a real big deal, but, should be noted. The kitchen was well equipped. View from the balcony was panoramic. The Funicular made beach, shopping very accessible. The staff was excellent. I would highly recommend this condo.

Inflexible, unbending policies

A warning caveat to anyone renting this property-the property manager made negotiations with Putin look like a dream. I was aware there were no cancellations within 60 days of the reservation. However, my sister inconveniently had a heart attack 2 weeks before our stay. I requested a change of date for the reservation, which also happened to be my birthday. The property manager refused an exception to the change of date or to consider any compromise, stating that it was too short a notice. In every correspondence we had, the reference was to company policy & the answer was always, no. The property management exuded anything but hospitality & never again would I rent a property through them. .

Great location, great view

Maybe not for mobility challenged people, but loved our stay here! Fantastic sunset every night, lots of great food nearby, and other than the initial walk down the hill, lots to see and do right here. A lot of construction in the area, but this unit is high enough that the view will not be obstructed. Loved the decor and layout, was perfect for 2 couples sharing

Exceptional High Floor Condo---Sweeping Views of the Ocean!

What a great visit we had in the building, the condo and city! The condo is clean and everything is like brand new. The terrace views are amazing. You have direct ocean front views and mountain views from the open side of the terrace. It is really an amazing condo. The lounge in the lobby is great and always full of people. The pool...I can't say enough about the pool. It is one of the best and the view! We've traveled the world and this is just great. The property management company Resorts by Pinnacle is onsite 24/7 and there to assist. We couldn't be more pleased with their concierge service and the experience they provided. We will be back again and again and we will stay in this condo every time!

Great stay!

I had the best vacations ever! This unit is great. Beautiful view, great staff, good services, 24 hours reception. The unit in a really good shape, good maintenance. Perfectly clean. I loved it. My must for the next year.

Stunning Ocean, City and Mountain Views!!

This CORNER unit condo is breathtaking! The unit has mountain views, full ocean views and views of Banderas Bay all the way north! The sunsets are like nothing you have ever seen. The terrace and open concept into the kitchen and living room are amazing. You can lay on the couch watch the sunset, see the ocean and hear the waves breaking on the beaches below. The unit has everything you need if you are just staying a few days or chose to stay a week or longer. The building is like a high end condo building in a major city. A concierge awaits you for anything you need. The full service bar and pool are amazing. You enter into an oasis of water, fountains and plants. The staff are eager to help you with anything that you need. The building is new and taken care of in an impeccable manner. Walk to the amazing Los Muertos beach in 5 minutes or to any of over 30+ amazing eateries in the area. We will go back and stay in this unit many more times and have even rebooked already! Great building---even better unit!! You just can't beat the views and the atmosphere.

Impeccable Home Away From Home

If you're coming to PV, this is THE place to stay right now. It is set up like a small boutique hotel with maid service, spa/bar/swimming pool onsite. It is located half way between all the great restaurants in Old Town and Blue Chairs. The condo is STUNNING. Pictures can't tell how beautiful it really is. You won't be disappointed!
