A most therapeutic nook

Glorious few days enjoying the scenery and peace. Extra touches like home made granola and Sheridan linen made our stay even more indulgent. Thank you!

I am a Registered Counsellor and also run my Equine Assisted Counselling business from our property, hence why there are so many horses. I'm also a Reiki Master and offer Equine Healing Experiences.
What I love the most about hosting, and I might be a little OCD, is offering the absolute best, relaxing, restorative stay we can. I loved the process of designing a space that feels like a cosy little 'Haven' and escape from the world.

Why they chose this property

When the sun shines it honestly feels like heaven, with a calming energy only the crickets and the odd snort of the horses interrupts. We are far enough from town to feel like we could be in the middle of nowhere, but just a stones throw from great restaurants and thriving local towns.

It was love at first sight when I spotted the little white farmhouse with the red roof sitting amongst long grass and old farm machinery. I bought the property in 2009 and have since lovingly renovated and restore, and continue to restore, the once rundown Dairy Farm. The rolling hills of Hoddle can be wild but when the sun comes out there's nowhere else I'd rather be.

What makes this property unique

Our property has a lovely calm restorative quality. Guest have said they can 'hear their brain' again. It is a very grounding space to stay.

We always get feedback from guests that they have never slept so well before. I think the calming energy of the horses and the peaceful surroundings make for a wonderful place to relax, regroup and rejuvenate the soul.
