Great stay
The house was as advertised and had plenty of room for all of us! The neighborhood was quiet and in a great location. The kitchen was well stocked! Our stay was in the winter and having a garage was a very nice perk! Communication with management company was easy and the response to an early arrival was promptly given to us.We would stay here again.

Guinevere,
Thank you for taking the time to write an excellent review. I'm happy to hear you enjoyed the home and your time in Bozeman. And an extra thank you for pointing out a few items that need attention.
Sorry about the disposal. I'm certain that smell was from lack of use and not a thorough flushing in the last clean. I will point it out to the cleaner. Also, I will alert the cleaner to check out the dishes. The cleanliness can be hard to determine as you assume the dishes in the cabinets have been cleaned properly by the prior guest. The lack of water in the frig door I will look into when we are there in March. The ice portion has never worked since we have owned the property for a dozen years. I keep waiting for the frig to breakdown so I can with good conscious replace it. Now may be the time. There were numerous ice trays at one time but maybe they broke or were misplaced.
It is really helpful to hear recent and honest comments. Much appreciated!
Excellent house with everything you could ever need. If you have really small ones you're covered from high chairs to a play room. We were able to spread out and never felt crowded. Beautiful views of the mountains and close (approx 1 mile) to restaurants and shops. We loved this house!
A little out of downtown, but easy access to groceries and shopping. We’ll appointed kitchen made cooking for the group plus other family members in town easy. Highly recommended .
Our stay was great. The house was very roomy. The website said it did not have air conditioning, so we knew that when we booked it. But it was hot in Bozeman when we were there and the upstairs was hot. Other than that it was a perfect place for our family. Loved that it had a port a crib and a highchair. There were even some toys for our grandson to play with!!
The Bozeman getaway exceeded our expectations in every way. It was perfect for our family that included 4 generations. It was well equipped with items and toys for the baby and preschooler. The kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!
We enjoyed this home from different family rooms to allow for family to rest during a busy wedding week. Kitchen stocked with items to prepare meals and room for all family to be together. Great location close to grocery stores and accessible to airport, downtown and fishing!

Fantastic Stay
This was the perfect place for our family while in Bozeman for a wedding. The place was large and roomy. Liked how many bathrooms. The separate t.v area a great place to set up a room for our granddaughter to sleep in away from the noise of a household in the evening and had lots of toddler toys to keep her occupied. We would definitely stay there again.
It was a wonderful location for our girls' trip. Extremely clean and well equipped. Contact with agent, Jesse, was excellent.Only cons was no AC (we didn't think we'd need it) which meant our having our windows open at night; which meant we had to be extra cognizant of keeping our voices down. It is a VERY quiet and lovely residential neighborhood. Also, the neighborhood lake is a few blocks away. Very, very pretty.
The house worked out great, 3 adults, 4 teens. The extra family room gave a separate space for the kids, the kitchen was fully stocked, we cooked at home each night we were there. The location was on a quiet street with easy access to downtown and the house was very nice.
Be aware (as warned in the ad) there are stairs. However, no problem for our group. Very well stocked, clean, charming, close to downtown (5 to 10 minutes). Everyone in our group loved our accommodations.
Top notch home. Great location, easy to find, short drive to/from airport. Home was spotless, very well supplied. Spacious master bed/bath. Easy communication w/ home owner when requesting early check-in. No air, but ample supply of fans. A tv or two in a couple of the bedrooms would have been nice. Overall, excellent place to stay.

Perfect!
We stayed with 8 guests and the home was perfect! Fully stocked with everything we needed and ample bedroom/bathroom space. We particularly loved having access to the garage and the door code entrance for ease of use for our whole crew. Downtown was an easy 8-10 minutes. Overall, would definitely recommend!
The property was a great fit for our family and the location worked out great. We were moving our daughter into MSU and it was easy access to all areas of Bozeman with nothing being more than 10 to 15 mins away. There was plenty of room for us and all our guest. Our only wish would have been for another portable a/c unit for upstairs and a couple more fans. During our stay is was pretty warm and the upstairs took awhile to air out. The ceiling fans could only run at low otherwise they wobbled and made noise which is not the best for sleeping. There was an a/c unit down stairs which made that area and bottom bedroom very comfortable. All in all we would gladly stay here again for upcoming visits.

Very nice house
Family trip, 3 adults, 4 kids. The house was very nice, comfortable and had plenty of room for everyone. The extra family room gave the kids a place to hang out away from the adults. The house was well supplied with just about everything you might want. We cooked dinner every night, used the crockpot, the grill and several pots from the kitchen.
The location was very good, conveniently located on a quiet street so no traffic noise. Easy to get into the downtown area or anywhere else there.
Nice condo, plenty of room to spread out. Glitch upon arrival but it was taken care of right away. Great communication with prop management. No wifi in room above garage? Would have been beneficial for someone who needed to do some work remotely. Overall happy with our stay here.
We stayed at the Bozeman Getaway for our Daughter’s MSU fall graduation. We had 8 adults aging ranging from 23 to 85 years old. Plenty of room to hang out, and a loft area to escape in if someone needs a little privacy ;). It is a duplex, but it doesn’t feel like one when you’re inside. The only reason we knew someone was there was when the smoke detectors went off at 5:30 am and it wasn’t us unless it was the shower. My only complaint about the stay was the 5:00pm check in seems a little late. Granted it was December, but it was dark when we were trying to find the unit and get settled.

Perfect Location for MSU events
Multi-generational family members converged from throughout the United States to celebrate our recent Bobcat graduate. Layout and amenities were fantastic (especially the fully stocked kitchen). The added bonus/rec room above the garage (still connected to the townhouse; no air gap) provided yet another area for family members to disperse and spend time together. (Note the rec room couch is not a sleeper sofa). The dining room table has chairs for 8 with additional sleeves for big dinner planning. It is an open room concept from hardwood floor downstairs to the carpeted second floor, 3 bedroom sleeping areas so expect sound to carry up from the living/dining areas below. This was easily managed but worth mentioning if you have some folks that want to roll into bed early. The location to the University, downtown, nearby services and southside up and coming restaurants and bars was very convenient. Additionally, we took advantage of morning and evening walks to the nearby pond and park for exercise. Great location and property. Highly recommend. We had a family of 8.
