Tersefánou in Larnaka with it's 1,018 inhabitants is located in Cyprus about 24 mi (or 39 km) south-east of Nicosia, the country's capital, 8 km from the Larnaca airport, 5 km from Kahuna Kite surfing Beach (we have Kitesurf equipment); 750 meter the local grocery store; 200 meters from a bus stop; , 1 km from a Horse Farm (horse riding trips around the village are possible );



The apartment is lovely and really quiet.
You will need to rent a car to see the island or simply go to the city centre as it is located in a small village . You have a free covered parking!

    A landlord who prefers RB and B rentals -

    Communication difficult to prepare our arrival. Our landlord cancelled our reservation because she didn’t want to use the Abritel platform. We had to pay in cash. The apartment is great clean and well appointed. 3 Big problems - only one exit into the living room for air conditioning which was really very noisy. The room was not air conditioned so temperature 28° A freezer in the main room ( kitchen, dining room and living room) was very noisy. No coffee maker

    Dear Anne, Thank you for your review. You were a great guest. I could recommend you to any host. You respected the house rules and left the premises as you found it. Regarding your complaint I would like to point out as follows: 1- I informed you in advance that you have to pay cash upon arrival (or to cancel your booking free of charge). I refunded all your advance payment. (except vbro fee) 2- I cancelled the reservation because you claimed that you didn’t receive the refund. 3- I don’t have agreement with Arbitel and I have no idea what is it. 4- 24 BTU A/C is designed to cover the whole flat. You can complain to the manufacturer. 5- General Electric fridge is produced 2019. You can complain to manufacturer if you have impression that it is noisy. 6- Coffee mashie could be provided upon request. 7- After the booking I informed you that I will send you the location one day before arrival as I always do (as well as my mobile number to call me when arrive at the location). So I did it. Thank you for being my guests.
