Loved how close this was to George Washington’s Mount Vernon and how close it was to Reagan Intl airport -only a 25 minute drive. It was clean & comfortable; definitely a lovely “retreat” from busy sightseeing schedules. It’s not far from a couple of Metro stations, so you don’t have to drive all the way into DC and deal with traffic there. The hosts were friendly and responded to questions quickly. Would definitely stay there again!

The rooms were very clean and tidy and it was a perfectly nice place to stay for our one night in Alexandria before flying home out of DCA. Parking is on the street and there was plenty of it. The listing is accurate, but from the pictures I thought there would be driveway parking, which there is not. No big deal, but just something to be aware of.

This is the perfect spot for staying in a safe area south of DC if you’re there for sight seeing or any type of event. It’s like a hidden gem. Have stayed here twice.

This was our second stay here. It's a convenient, well-laid out apartment. It was very clean when we arrived, and the hosts were friendly, inviting my kids to look at the chickens and giving us some delish pickled carrots. We really look forward to returning a third time!
