Scottsdale Affordable Affluence in fantastic location

Location, Location, Location! Light, bright and comfortable condo! Close to Pool for those hot sunny days. Full kitchen with granite counters and all the expected amenities of home: microwave, stainless self-cleaning stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, many miscellaneous kitchen gadgets, blender, coffeemaker, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, etc., and even a washer and dryer. New windows and wood shutters as well as diagonal tile floors are throughout. Skylights brighten the kitchen and bath. There is a 50' big-screen TV in the living room. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms. A small patio seating area in front is a great spot to enjoy your coffee in the mornings. The condo faces the pool. One covered parking space is provided and there is plenty of street parking close by.

This is a one-level condo in a small complex so it is easily accessible and quiet with no one above. Location cannot be beat with Old Town within easy walking distance; coffee shops, galleries, restaurants abound and Hayden green belt is one block away with access to hiking, biking, and golfing or just strolling. Highway 101 is under a mile from complex so you can easily get to the airport or other areas of Phoenix.

UTILITIES: Cable and internet as well as all utilities are included in the High and Shoulder Seasons, however for stays longer than 2 months in low season, electricity will not be included , ALL other utilities are included.

Nice little place!

We really enjoyed our stay in this little 2 bedroom apartment. It is in a great location close to everything you need and was quiet and comfortable. Definitely would stay here again.

Great Space

Perfect for the two of us. Once we got our directions figured out, it was a great location ad well. Pretty much had the pool to oursrlves for most of our stay.

Perfect for medium term rental

Stayed here for June and July for an internship in North Scottsdale. Amazing location and great furnishings! A quick 10 min walk from Old Town meant I saved money on transportation back from the bars. Quiet neighborhood, close to a grocery store, with shaded parking in the back. Couldn’t have been better. I’ll definitely be back!

Scottsdale stay at Heatherbrae House - October 2024

The condo is in a convenient location for the purposes of our trip. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, comfy couches were perfect for evenings in with the DirectTV. In-condo laundry was super helpful. Would be happy to stay here again.

Winter in Scottsdale

This condo is perfect for us to spend our winter months in. Location is great just blocks from old town and a Fry's down the street and a Sprout's round the corner. Owner is very responsive and on top of things.

This is a beautiful condo in a quiet neighborhood and close to Oldtown It is nicely furnished. I liked it so well, I have booked it again for August! The owner was very accomodating and responded to emails immediately.

Great location close to Old Town and the multi use path that is ideal for walking and bike riding.

We like to walk so most days we walked to Old Town for a late lunch or early dinner. The complex was very quiet while we were there the first 2 weeks of November. We felt very safe walking or driving in the area and it was easy to get around. We didn't cook much but we found the unit had everything we could possibly need.

Comfortable and great location

This property was very comfortable for the two of us and has a great location in Scottsdale. Many places are walkable (library, old town, Fashion Square). For those activities further afield, there is easy access via major surface streets and expressways. We would not hesitate to stay in this unit again should we be in Scottsdale for a lengthy stay. The BBQ grill is a great bonus; we used it frequently.

Nice condo

The condo was clean and updated. Host was quick to reply to our issues. This is in a very busy area and some of the neighbors had barking dogs. We felt safe sitting outside and walking in the area. The beds could use updating as they were noisy and worn. Overall we had a nice time, weather was perfect and would stay here again. Thanks Carolyn for letting us stay!

Great condo in the south Scottsdale area...close to EVERYTHING!!! YOU CAN WALK, UBER OR CATCH A GOLF CART TAXI. Great owner. You will not be disappointed.

We loved our stay! The place is exactly like the photos and so close to everything!

Carolyn was a great host! The place is clean, convenient, and comfortable. The neighborhood is great! We walked to the park, the grocery, breakfast, shopping. The neighbors were all very friendly. We had everything we needed including: basic spices, washer/dryer, fresh clean linens- even a muffin tin. There was plenty of room for our family. Our son loved having his own room and close access to the pool. The neighborhood children shared their pool toys. We would absolutely stay again!

Why they chose this property

Old Town Scottsdale is magical with its many art galleries, great restaurants and walkability. The older section of Scottsdale has a lot of character and charm, having been built before all the large shopping centers and giant condo complexes existed. The fact that this complex is small and the unit one-story makes it particularly quiet with no one above. The location is perfect.

What makes this property unique

Skylights bring natural lighting into the kitchen and bath, brightening the daytime with no need for electric lights. There is a large front window reaching almost from the ceiling to the floor letting a lot of light into the living area.
