Wonderful home in Ocean Pines and only 15 mins away from Ocean City! Very spacious and big outdoor patio. Beds could’ve been a little comfier but that’s the only complaint!

Ocean Pines Getaway

My wife and I enjoyed a few day stay here. Free pass to beach parking was great. We enjoyed the high end grill and many kitchen tools. AC worked great. Would stay again.

Perfect place at ocean pines

We were here for dance nationals so we were only able to utilize the amazing backyard for one night but if we had more time it would have been great to hang out. The place was perfect for what we needed. Close to the bridge and stores well stocked.

This house is everything you see and more. Very well taken care of and clean. The resort is very nice as well. Very much worth every penny! Short drive to ocean city as well as local stores and restaurants. No issues whatsoever. Very accommodating. We appreciate the owner for being so hospitable. The owner has went above and beyond for the renters. Will be back again.

Good price for a place to sleep

Property needs some TLC. Dryer needs lint cleaned out, due to hole in the filter, is a fire hazard. Lots of nice outdoor living space, but needed cleaned before you could use it. Providing a parking pass is nice.

Great location

House is in great location to Ocean City and Ocean Pines is an amazing community. The only complaint we had was with the outlets and internet. Half the house outlets lost power and internet every night, which made the electric fireplace start beeping at 3AM. It took us awhile to figure out where the beeping was coming from, needless to say we lost out on some sleep 2 nights in a row because of this. Other than that it was a great time…..huge, beautiful yard and beautiful house decor!

The house is perfect for being close to everything but far enough away to forget the hustle and bustle of being in ocean city. The home is stocked with everything you should need. Just bring some clothes, beach chairs and your toothbrush! Everyone we dealt with was wondering from checking in, to adding another day to our stay. Enjoyed using the grill and one of the outdoor area fireplaces. The yard is beautiful and plenty of room to spread out and enjoy yourself. If you are looking for a turn key rental this is your place! No need to bring your house to stay in another unlike some others available, which was nice.

Family vacation

Communication with the propery owner was excellent however communication through the company we rented from was poor. They sent us an email about checking in the day we checked out. The property is beautiful and fully stocked with everything you will need and he does not ask for it to be replenished. Pots, pans, silverware, towels, blankets and pillows. We were even allowed to check in early due to getting there around 1 from a 5 hour drive. Only complaint we have is the water pressure is low. The property owner was there installing window ac's due to his ac unit going out. Which we feel is a wondeful look on him. As far as entertaining goes the outdoor area is excellent and there is tvs in everytoom along with a google home and alexa. There are is xfinity with HBO and Showtime along with a tv in the kitchen. Also has a washer and dryer with all the stuff supplied to do laundry. We will be booking here again for next year!!!!! We loved everything about it !!!

Perfect Place

This property was everything and more I could’ve hoped for, for my wife, and two kids (2 and 3 months old) Perfect location to my family who lives in the same complex and perfect to the community pools, shopping, and Ocean City. The outdoor space was phenomenal, the amenities inside the house were great. The only thing left to be desired is that the place could’ve been cleaner, but by no means a deal break. Just the ceiling fans were very dusty, afraid to put on in fear to spread the dust throughout and some tidiness but overall it was great. Plenty of dishwater, glassware, paper towels, toilet paper, linens. They made it so easy to be there, would 100% book again !

Few cleanliness concerns

House was as expected but whoever is cleaning the home is not doing a good job. There was a plate of food with a fork found in the microwave 3 days into our visit. The walls were covered with dust as it was easy to see on dark walls. The corners of the house were full of dust and webs as well. The ceiling fans were covered in dust also. All the pictures on the walls were dusty.

A quiet neighborhood, clean, beautiful house!

We rented this house on our first trip to Ocean City. We loved the quiet area. The house had everything we needed and then some. It was very clean and spacious. The outdoor space was nice and the parking pass for the beach was very convenient. Close enough to all the action but far enough away to enjoy some quietness! Would certainly rent again!

Loved Ocean City and the house at Ocean Pines!

Had a great time in Ocean Pines/ Ocean City. House was very nice, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. More dishes, pots, pans and wine glasses in a vacation house than I have ever seen before. Everything needed. Enjoyed time at a couple of the Ocean Pines pools, kayaking and paddle boarding in the bay and being so close to Ocean City. Drive into Ocean City was quick and the homeowners provided a beach parking pass that put us right at the beach. Were there some things that others may complain about like having to pay to access the amenities (swimming pools), yes. But for our family when weighing the cons against the pros - there were definitely many more pros! Thank you for sharing your home with us!
