Is full of centennial pine and cypress trees and faces Mt Olympus "swimming under the sights of Gods!" . The area is only 40min drive from Thessaloniki center , 15min from SKG Airport and 1hr from Mt Olympus. The 70sqm house is situated in a condominium area within 30,000sqm full of pines , cypresses and olive trees as well as a variety of flowers and other plants in endless grass fields. Some of them date to 1930s as we kept the agricultural tradition of this land! We enjoy hosting people especially those who wish to relax and calm from everyday stress. The house is ideal for families with kids and for people with animals as well as for those who wish to find refuge from a stressful life. The beach is only 150mts away with crystal clear blue waters and sandy beaches looking to mount Olympus! Is like swimming under the sights of the Olympian Gods, Zeus/Hera/Athena/Poseidon and others. Those who have stayed with us return to spend summer weeks with us on a yearly basis. If you join us youll never regret the experience! The 45sqm flat with a balcony is fully equipped and furnished for a comfortable summer living. Guests can enjoy sandy beaches in 150mts from the flat with either free beach seating or organized beach seating in nearby beach bars (TO KYMA and ASTERIAS).

There is 24/7 bus connection evey 30minutes to Thessaloniki city center(45min) and to nearby villages of Epanomi(3.5kms) and Nea Mihaniona(5km) which hold supermarkets, vegetable/fish and meat markets, pharmacies, doctors/emergency center. COSMOS Mall and IKEA is 20minutes drive by bus or car , where you can find shopping, entertainment (restaurants/cinemas etc)

Halkidiki beaches like POTAMOS BEACH is only 15min drive from the flat/condo area, Mount Athos 2 1/2 hrs and Mount Olympus 1 hour drive.
