Location, location, location! One block from the Town Lift and easy walk to all the great shops and restaurants on Main Street, Park City.
What a great place in a great location. Despite thin snow on the mountain, had a great trip getting some turns in and enjoying Park City. Would certainly return!

Couldn't have asked for a better place.
Absolutely loved staying on Main Street. Parking was super easy. We couldn't have asked for a better place.
Awesome location, right on Main st. 1 block from the Town Lift. Ski in is even closer if you take the little right turn at the bottom of Town - ends up being just a few hundred feet to the back of the condo. Hot tub on the porch provides for awesome views and some fun people watching. Unit was exactly as described, clean and well appointed. Host was the best I've had on any rental yet - called a few days before just to make sure we were all set and had the info we needed, called the morning of to make sure travel plans held up and that we were still looking good. Called the afternoon of to make sure we got in and everything was in order. Multiple texts - some automated - throughout providing info on how to get X,Y,Z if needed throughout the stay. You could tell they really cared and wanted the stay to be the best it could be. Overall, would absolutely return 100%.

The instructions to find parking location and accessing the unit were perfect and the host provide plenty of communication with the instructions prior to arrival.
We had a great time. The condo is a great size. The hot tub overlooking Main Street was fun. The easy walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping was perfect. Would fully recommend.

a hidden gem in Park City
Town Lift Condo#2A is a hidden gem in Park City. It is located one block away from Town Lift (access to Park City Mountain) with a great place for breakfast right across the street on the way to the lift. There is also a place to rent skis right in the building. In the evening you just come out the front door, turn right and you're in the historic part of Park City with lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. There is a free bus stop one block away that will take you right to the lifts in Deer Valley: Just hop on with you gear, skis and ski boots on and then hop off right into the lift line at Deer Valley. That bus line, going in the opposite direction, will also take you to Park City Mountain if you want to skip Town Lift. The apartment itself is clean and very functional with a hot tub on the deck where you can watch people going back and forth to historic Park City. The washer dryer stack is small but works well and clothes are very dry in a reasonable amount of time. All Seasons Resort management is very professional with clear instructions on where to enter the building to park your car in the underground garage, access the elevator, ski locker and apartment. They really make sure it is simple to get in and out and that you have everything you need.
We really enjoyed this property because of its location and hot tub on the deck. It was the perfect size for a family of 4. Check in and communication with the property manager was excellent. My only issue with the property is that you can hear every little step of the neighbors above.
Not super fancy but definitely has everything you need! Comfortable and cozy. Very clean and super easy to access Main St Park City!

As advertised. Great location on Main Street. The hot tub on the porch is a big bonus - easy to use and a lot of fun. The unit is well laid out, clean, and organized. Good for our family of four (including 2 teens). Could use a bit of an update, but not an issue. Parking also helps a lot.

This unit has a fantastic location above Main Street. One block to the Town Lift, and plenty of restaurants, bars, etc all within reach. No car needed. Also some reviews said it can be loud due to the Main St location, but we did not experience that. The one caveat is be careful to not lock yourself on the balcony when going into the hot tub... my only feedback to the owner is to remove the handle lock on that door so it is deadbolt only!

Great place to spend a summer month
We spent 32 days at this VRBO condo in Park City, Utah. The location is in the heart of Park City summer activities, restaurants, entertainment and shopping. The condo has two decks (one with a hot tub ) that both over look Main Street. The unit was very comfortable with nice furniture, furnishings and beds. It can be a little loud at times but we viewed that as part of the fun. We would have given this condo a five rating except for one big thing. The plastic deck chairs were cheap, worn out and unsteady......very unacceptable. On our first day, we bought four new deck chairs. So, problem solved. We had a great time staying and playing in Park City.

All seasons resort Lodging
This condo is perfect if you want to be in Park City. All the shops, restaurants are right there. The condo is comfortable, the staff is very responsive. Entry is through a garage which is confusing if not bring a car and check in relies on codes and keypads which requires patience, which can be in low supply if you had long travel. But these are nits, the place is great. If you are coming to ski, this place should also be fantastic but it was not for us. The town lift is a 1 minute walk away from Park City skiing. But during our visit in late December 2024, the 200 PC ski patrollers went on strike over 2 an hour. Vail Resorts, which owns Park City, subsequently closed 85% of the mountain including the ski in trails for this condo. The lift was still operational but it's 25 minutes long in the morning and 40 minutes in the afternoon (slower for off loading). The mountain was not safe regardless without ski patrol so we rented a car and drove 5 minutes to Deer Valley which is a far better resort. So the good news about this condo is you can access Deer Valley skiing faster than Park City skiing. But if you think its a ski in / ski out condo, I'd recommend making sure the trails are open and that Vail Resorts isn't doing something stupid to spoil your plans. (They won't warn you, so beware that Vail owns this resort and they are not trustworthy)The parking is easy and with Deer Valley there is a parking lot trolley so you don't have to walk much with skis.

Great location BUT it's an old unit that really needs updating.
Our stay did not go well at all. It started with freezing because the furnace was broken. The maintenance guy brought space heaters at 11pm that glowed orange and were loud so no one slept the first night. Mgt company moved us to a new location the next day but it was not on Main Street so again disappointing. This unit desperately needs all new linens; towels were rough and worn, some of the bedding had stains, decor is total after thought. The photos show the unit when it was brand new (see the light cream carpet) but it so NOT brand new anymore. New photos need to be taken... they won't be as flattering but at least they'll be realistic. *** When I asked for a refund for the disastrous first night they credited me some weird amount that was not the full amount of one night - why? ***
I received no less than a dozen different emails about our stay so when it came time to check-in I was reading through multiple emails to chase down needed information that was not contained in a single email but at least four different messages. Also, when I needed to contact someone about the furnace issue the number that I chased down in the many email was not the property manager. The person sent back a message telling me that they no longer were associated with this property and I need to contact someone else!
It's obvious that we did NOT enjoy our stay.

When we offered to upgrade you to a 4 bedroom town home on the night you arrived, because the heater was not working properly, you declined the offer and requested to move in the morning instead. So sorry you were not able to rest well because of the space heaters. Unfortunately, you stayed during fall break and all of our properties on Main Street were completely booked, however, the townhome we moved you to was just over a half mile away. Thank you for your feedback regarding the linens. We have replaced them and the owner also purchased a new king size mattress for the master bedroom. We refunded you for your first night's stay in VRBO but taxes and fees are not something we collect, VRBO collects them, so we were not able to refund you for money we did not receive. Please contact VRBO directly to request a separate refund from them. Also, after booking, we send out a confirmation email, from All Seasons Resort Lodging, so you have a confirmation number and info about the property and policies. Then, about 5 days prior to your arrival date, we send a pre-arrival email with your door codes and check-in information. I am sorry you had trouble finding the information you needed to get into the town home upon arriving. Also, we did have a change in management in early October, and I am sorry you were directed to contact our new property manager. This information is also up-to-date now in all the email communications we send to our upcoming guests. Again, we truly appreciate your honest feedback, giving us the opportunity to make positive and needed changes for our guests. Customer care is our highest priority and we will continue to do all we can to help our guests have a 5-star experience.
