Plenty of room in this clean lakefront home. We vacationed with our large family and there was plenty of room for all. Love that there are two refrigerators! We enjoyed swimming, floating, kayaking and jumping off the dock. We will definitely be back!

House was everything we expected and just like the photos showed. It was perfect for our extended family. We would absolutely stay here again.Gave 4 stars on cleanliness because when furniture was moved it was clear it wasn’t cleaned underneath in a while. Overall, though, house was clean and that did not affect our stay.

Wow, what an amazing house and location! We just completed a week long stay with 9 family members, including 5 teens and preteens. I cannot say enough about the layout and amenities of this house. The kids were able to take over the entire basement level, with enough beds for all and plenty of space to play pool and other games. The kitchen was very large and easily accommodated all for a family cooking session. The primary bedroom on the main floor and bedrooms on the top were excellent for providing more than enough space and privacy for all adults. There were numerous kayaks and two paddleboards, with life vests and paddles/oars galore. The fire pit and multiple chairs and loungers were awesome and well used by our group. The dock is clean and in good repair, and the lake is pristine. We absolutely LOVED this place and voted it our best vacation yet! Would not hesitate to go back.

Perfect family vacation spot!!

Amazing home on a beautiful clean pond!!! Large enough to accommodate us, our grown children and their families. Very excited to be returning next year. It was the perfect spot for us!!

Would have given five stars but the upstairs beds were uncomfortable and the grill needs to be updated.

Both doubles on the second floor have now been replaced. One of the doubles is now a queen. 1 twin and a double on the ground floor have also been replaced with 2 doubled. The grill is less than 2 years old and functions as it did new. We typically replace it about every 2 years so it will likely be new for next summer.

Great vacation spot

We love our time in Maine. The house is spacious and clean. The kids have a big yard to play in and love fishing off the dock. The owner is very responsive and nice to work with. We are a 4 families with 17 people total.

Lake House

Perfect vacation for a 4 generation family. Plenty of room. Everything we needed was there, even the sunshine. Clean lake with easy access for swimming, kayaking and fishing. Everyone enjoyed their stay. Would def recommend.

Awesome Lake house Retreat

We had a fantastic time on Swan Lake! The house was beautiful and had great views of the water. It was perfect to all get to spread out a bit between the main level and the large downstairs. We didn’t have great weather so didn’t spend time on the water but it was still a great extended weekend stay. Would absolutely recommend

Gorgeous Vacation Home

What a beautiful property this is, on a gorgeous, clean lake!! We had several generations of family members staying here for the week, and friends visited midweek for a day. We had 7children here ranging in ages from 1 through 17 and they had a blast!! So much fun to get everybody together for a week!! Thank you so much to our hosts for letting us make memories here!!

Family “get-together”!

Enjoyed a wonderful family vacation at a terrific location! Great home with wonderful amenities.Only two items that could add to the home: 1) a set of stairs down to front lawn from the upper deck. Going thru basement everytime was & is a bit inconvenient. 2) a safety bar should be added to the tub/shower in the master bedroom bathroom.

October Weekend

This property is as advertised in the listing. Had a group of 10 old friends that have been meeting for a weekend for the past 30 yrs. All agreed it was one of the best houses we have stayed at. Plenty of beds, bathrooms for comfort. Great location.plenty to do here and nearby. Nice setting on the lake too. I would recommend this for a group or family.

Fantastic weekend!

The house is as advertised. The views when you walk in the house to the pond are perfect! The house has plenty of space for our group of 9 adults. The entertainment space is great, plenty of parking, the backyard is great for games and the best feature is the pond and all the kayaks on site for use. Would definitely stay there again!

A perfect getaway

We are absolutely in love with this house. Our group of 7 adults had more than enough room. The house was clean and provided nearly everything we could possibly need. We were happy to bring our own sheets and towels. The pond view is stunning and we enjoyed using the kayaks provided by the property. We highly recommended this rental and there's plenty of room for bigger families and friends.

Lovely lake house in Lyman!

The house is so clean and current! Great for a large group... Mattresses could use updating for comfort but everything else was great!!! Outside area is large and enjoyable, lake is as clear as any ive seen! Awesome fire pit! Bring spray for mosquitos! Centrally located and near anything you’d need but you still feel the privacy and calm quiet of the country area!

Birthday

This property was great. Plenty of room for three families to spread out and enjoy. Lake is a step away and it was frozen so everyone had fun skating and sledding!! Communication with Shane was immediate and covered everything. Would love to come back in the spring!!
