Spectacular Ski Trip

Stayed between Christmas and New Years 2022. Location was great. Short shuttle ride and a short walk to the gondola if you prefer. Worked great for the 6 of us. Would stay again!

Family reunion

We enjoyed our stay here - the property ticked all the boxes. Nice updated condo, pool/hot tub, frequent shuttle service to base, garage parking, ski locker, deck with a view of the mountain. Would definitely come back.

Awesome location and nice!

We have been coming to steamboat as a large group for several years now and this is by far the nicest and closest location we’ve stayed. There was no need to take the bus to the base of the mountain to ski; however, there is that option. Would definitely recommend!

Great Location and Lots of Space!

Our family booked this condo for multiple generations to stay. We were in town for a soccer tournament. It was minutes from the fields and also within walking distance to gondola square. The elevator and all bedrooms being on one floor made it ideal for my grandmother, and the kids loved having their own beds. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Convenient to Slopes

Spacious and comfortable 4-bedroom unit was great for skiing. Indoor parking and ski lockers were very covenient. Shuttle service to the lifts every 10 minutes, or a 600 yard walk. Communal hot tub and heated pool were great after a day of skiing and the gym was convevient for those that had the energy. We would definitely return.

All was as advertised. The ski locker was packed with plastic sleds, so we put them on the patio to make room for our skis. Also, despite what I was told, the unit has 3 hairdryers, so no need to bring one.

Wonderful Condo Close to Steamboat

This place is perfect if you are looking to stay near the mountains for skiing in Steamboat. It’s about a 5-10 min walk to the main gondola. There are Vacasa shuttles that can take you to town. The place itself is spacious. We had 7 people stay there and had lots of room. The place includes 1 parking spot in the garage, however if you talk to Vacasa they will give you extra parking passes. The cooking pans could be upgraded, it was a little challenging cooking meals with small pans. The coffee machine is also pretty small so be prepared to make multiple pots if you have a group. The hot tub is amazing. Overall great place!

The tv in the master didn’t work, there was no pillow case, extra garbage bags and not enough soap in the bathroom. The Kuerig broke down on the last day.

Our post covid vacation

We were very pleased with the condo. It was very spacious! We also truly appreciated the parking garage, it snowed while we were there and it was nice to be in covered parking. We would seriously consider staying here again if we come back to steamboat for vacation.

Great location, facility, and condo!

We really loved this condo. We have a family of 7 adults plus a toddler and this was perfect. They are doing a great job of managing around COVID-19 and making sure everything was safe.

Not what expected

The pictures made the condo seem a lot bigger than it actually was. The fridge didn’t work and the microwave handle was barely hanging on. When you pay as much as I had to, especially with all the extra fees, and the condo was supposedly inspected prior to my arrival I at least expect everything to be working properly.

Great house for a fun summer weekend

Fun weekend and the house worked perfect for our group! The only complaint i has is there is no AC and it was unusually hot in steamboat that weekend! In the mid 90’s!! Other than that - it was a good location and everything was great!

Great condo and location

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. Its a quick walk to the gondola and an easy bus ride to town. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed to cook and it had plenty of room in the 4 bedrooms for our 8 person group.
