Open Concept Apartment, 1,000 sq ft. Totally private. Private entry and parking. Located on lower story of my home. Queen size bed, Bathroom with shower, full kitchen with long bar /island, Living area with decorative fireplace, two closets & two chests; lots of storage, leather-like sofa & love seat, occasional chair with ottoman. Fabric recliner. 50" LG tv. Suddenlink cable tv and Wi-fi. Internet always available. Office space armoire with desk. Washer and dryer in unit. Central heat and A/C. Fully furnished and equipped. Nicely decorated. The apartment is clean, quiet and cool. The neighborhood is established and quiet.

Very Quant and cute!

Dot was a wonderful host.. her extra touches were very nice and appreciative. We would definitely stay there again. Location was perfect to town and surroundings.

I have lived in Rusk County, Texas all of my life. My husband and I built this house in 1978. Currently, I am a retired, SWF. I love gardening and volunteer with Rusk County Master Gardeners. I sing in my church choir and am an active senior citizen. I live upstairs with my cat.

Location is the key. It is safe, quiet and decent. I have furnished and cleaned the property as if I were living there myself. If it lacks anything, please ask and I will do my best to furnish what you need. I am pet friendly, but please discuss this before bringing your pet.
