Beautiful Pigeonnier, renovated, south facing a private swimming pool. The private garden can be used to have lunch or diner near the Barbecue. The Pigeonnier and the swimming pool are surrounded by the canopy, in this very quiet property. The property is 3km far from the little village of Montjoi. Around the Pigeonnier, there are delightful market towns of great history and beauty, such as: Moissac’s famous 12th century cloister: Cahors, in a horseshoe bend of the Lot river; Toulouse, the cosmopolitan “pink city” or the medieval hilltop villages of Lauzerte, Montcuq, Roquecor and Penne d’Agenais. Particularly interesting day outings are the Bordeaux wine areas of Sauternes and Médoc, with their great châteaux and wine cellars. The prehistoric painted caves at Lascaux, cradle of humankind; Carcassonne, the largest medieval fortified town in Europe. The Gorges de l’Aveyron with their spectacular canyons, magnificent scenery and villages, a great place for canoeing.
