HARDWOOD FLOORS THROUGHOUT, (7 day minimum July & August with 1 open parking spot) .The kitchen is fully equipped and has STAINLESS STEEL fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer QUARTZITE counters & granite top island. A tiled bathroom with custom walk in shower and QUARTZITE counter sink . Master bedroom and sunroom have DISTANCE VIEWS OF THE OCEAN . Large deck with available furniture in season. KAYAKING OR CANOEING AVAILABLE NEXT DOOR on the OGUNQUIT RIVER. A SHORT WALK TO VOTED BEST BEACHES , NORTH BEACH OGUNQUIT OR FOOTBRIDGE BEACH walk, bike or drive .Take the trolley to Ogunquit center, marginal way, Perkins Cove, shops and restaurants all near by. After enjoying Ogunquit and Wells take a short 15 min trip to charming Kennebunkport or York as well.
