Welcome to Dampier House.
Dampier House is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom granny flat situated in the suburb of Mullaloo. Dampier House has its own entry and car parking for two. Master bedroom has a queen sized bed and second bedroom has two single beds. Smart TV and WIFI will ensure you stay connected whilst you are staying with us. Freshly painted and with new furniture will ensure you are comfortable during your stay at Dampier House.
Public transport is just a few metres away and can take you to train stations or two major shopping centres. Mullaloo Shopping Plaza is a short walk away and here you will find a local supermarket, gift shop, newsagent, bakery, fish and chip shop and two cafes.
One of Perth’s most beautiful beaches is just a short walk away. On the foreshore you will find parks with BBQ’s, a restaurant, pub, cafes and fish n chips.
Hillary’s Boat Harbour is a short drive away. Hillary’s is a great place to visit with family and friends, plenty of things to do.
Airport transfers are also offered, please enquire.

Cute granny flat

We loved this granny flat. It had everything we needed and a 20 min walk to the beach. Jamie was a great host and easy to get a hold of if we needed to ask any questions.

Thank you so much for letting us stay at Dampier House, it was an excellent base for our exploration around Perth. The home had everything we needed to rest and recover after a long day out, and was warm and comfortable for the times we spent inside. Off street parking was a bonus and let us rest assured our hire car would be safe overnight, even if it was such a quiet neighborhood. Being only 20-30 minutes from Perth CDB was great, and also having quick easy access to the highway made getting around so much easier then we were expecting. And having all the local facilities close by, such as the Westfield down the road, and other small shops and attractions put Mullaloo on our list of places to visit again. We look forward to visiting Perth again soon, hopefully we can stay again!

Good location and great beach

The location worked well for us as we had family in area. Great coffee shop nearby and beach was a great swimming beach. Good restaurant options at beach. Communication with owner needs to improve although we did find knocking on door worked.

Comfortable stay

For us the place was perfect as it was close to family. Furniture is new however kitchen and bathroom a bit out dated. But all functional and everything you need Reasonably priced. We would stay again.
