Located where it used to be the old Quinta da Meia-Praia, this two floor villa is perfect for your summer vacations. Just "two steps" away from Meia-Praia beach makes this property ideal to spend memorable days with your family and friends. Let yourself be dazzled with the ocean view this villa has to offer you!

First Floor: 1 bedroom (nr 3 - bunk bed), 1 living room with a fire place, dining room, kitchen, lounge area (ocean view) with access to the terrace/garden and 1 bathroom.

Second Floor: 1 bedroom (nr 1 - 2 single beds together) with a balcony with an astonishing ocean view, 1 bedroom (nr 2 - 2 single beds) and 1 bathroom

Private garden / terrace with ocean view.

1 extra bed available upon request (additional charge 45 € / night).

Bed linen and towels change and general cleaning once per week.

Cleaning fee applies for stays of less than 7 nights
