Easy drive to stunning Yallingup Lagoon and surf beach, Smiths Beach.

Enjoy a wine on the very large rear balcony with bbq and views to the garden and adjoining trees. Children's bushland playground in the garden below.
From the front balconies you can watch the visiting kangaroos and spectacular sunrises.
The front and rear decks are perfect viewing points for the local birds such as blue wrens, cockatoos and kookaburras.

Wonderful family home from home

Fabulous experience from start to finish. The house is beautiful inside and out. We travelled we two young children and they LOVED the outside play areas and swings. The kitchen was great making it essentially a home away from home. Amazing powerful showers and big baths too!

Good little weekend getaway

The house wasnt that clean when we arrived, heaps of dust and the floors hadnt been vacuumed or mopped for a while so it was 10 times cleaner the way we left it to what it was when we arrived. The house is a little bit run down but over all its a beautiful spot to relax with some friends/family enjoying the stunning view. We would definitely stay there again :)

Spacious, lived-in family house in great grounds/location. Lovely decks front and back to enjoy the peace, trees, birdlife and kangaroos. We missed having a fireplace and wifi but managed fine with reverse cycle heating and mobile data. Good price for a great family retreat. A few cobwebs in far corners/behind things if you REALLY looked (probably worse at my house) but rest was very clean and well equipped for an older house. Always take an atomizer/smelly candle to ‘freshen’ the house up on arrival. Would stay here again? Absolutely.

The perfect hub for a trip down South

We had an amazing stay, the property was just what we were looking for.... some place quiet to relax in the evenings after busy days exploring the South West.We loved the location and the house was fantastic! Our first night we sat out on the balcony overlooking the view while mother nature put on a thunderstorm show. The master bedroom also has a great view of the stars on a clear night.It felt like it was only 15 minutes away from everything.... wineries, golf course, town centres, attractions, restaurants and breweries.My children have asked to move in permanently!

Perfect get away from the city

The whole family enjoyed the stay, particularly my mum who came from France and could see the kangourous everyday. The kids loved the amazing outdoor play area with ropes… We were 5 (3 adults and 2 kids) and there was plenty of space. The view from upstairs was lovely. The location is great! Everything you need within 10-20minutes (depends of your needs!). I would definitely recommend. The communication with the owner was very good and answered very quickly.

Peaceful Bush Setting

Had a brilliant time for our summer getaway. House was fully equipped and had many a hidden surprise (kids games cupboard was great). A spacious house and that can easily accomodate large groups. Multiple “sitting rooms” Give privacy and separation from the kids Sitting on the decks at sunset were a perfect way to end the day. The lack of wifi was actually a positive. It’s all about how u prepare!
