Nice place and nice owner. Upon arrival there were treats waiting for us. Close to great outdoor waterfront restaurants and lots of places. Short drive to beach with pay to park.

Cathy’s place is really quite fantastic for our small family. It’s close to everything, surprisingly quiet and feels very safe. Cathy is also a fantastic host. We hope to return again and I will not hesitate to book again.

"We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The place was very clean, cozy, and we enjoy the pool. The beds were very comfortable. Cathy was also very kind and quick to reply when we had a question. Thank your for all the goodies . We would love to stay here again!"

Condo was beautiful! The pool is just outside very close to the condo. Cathy was very helpful when I had questions. I would definitely go back! Beach is just down the road in driving distance but close by.

Beautiful long weekend!!

This condo was an excellent choice for our long weekend getaway, the inside was very clean and cozy. Beds and furniture were comfortable. There is a nice view of the pool, made it easy to keep track of the kids.

We had a wonderful experience at Waterway Condo! The space was beautifully decorated, and very clean. The location was perfect, and close in distance to food, entertainment, and shopping! Communication with the host was a pleasure and she checked in to make sure we were doing ok during our stay! We hope to stay here again in the future!

Just right size for 4 people.

Great location and clean condo. It had two pools which was nice. The smaller one we had pretty much to ourselves. It was very close to all kind of attractions. It was also close enough to Broadway. Would like to stay there again.

Perfect location

We came down for a softball tournament and it was the perfect location! We were a short distance to the field AND the beach. Could not have asked for more. Cathy was great with communication and checked in often! Would def stay again!

Beautiful property

These accommodations are far better than any resort or hotel. Very convenient to local attractions and less than a mile from the beach. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. Our daughter loved playing the Wii game console every night to relax. We will definitely have this as our #1 option for any future trips to the area!

Our Waterway Visit

This condo was comfortable & we loved having breakfast on the balcony. It was nice to have two bathrooms and a walk in shower. Kitchen was more than adequate but could use an upgrade in the cookware & can opener. The location was great for being close to shopping, restaurants & mini golf!! The owners were easy to communicate with & very responsive. Looking forward to our next stay!

AMAZING!!!

My BFF & I needed a place to go for a weekend to just get away & have girl time. We chose this condo bc of the layout & how beautiful it looked & the back porch. The condo in the pics are exactly what you walk into. I also loved the fact that the community is gated. Cathy and Ernie have been truly AMAZING during the whole process. They didn't hesitate responding to my questions and spot on with the cleanliness of their condo. Cathy went out of her way to make sure the condo was disinfected through out do to the COVID-19 to assure us that we were safe. I will be booking with her again & I'll will recommend to everyone I know to rent from Cathy & Ernie!! They truly made you feel like family & not all business transaction only.

Perfect!!

This property was perfect! It was very clean and well stocked with supplies. The pictures do not do the rental justice. The owners made doing business easy. I would stay in this unit again. My husband loved it as well as our daughters. The location is great!
