2 rooms apartment 28 m2 on the 1st floor with elevator in a quiet residence, standing 'The Grand Cap', capacity for 2 people, 50m from the beach, shopping center Villers 2000 at 100m, city town around 15mn work.

The apartment includes: an entrance, a living room / lounge with flat screen TV, large balcony loggia (sunny) with furniture, kitchenette open to the living room, with fridge, 2 electric plates, mini electric oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker , electric kettle, dishes and kitchen utensils, a bedroom with a double bed new (140cmX190cm), bathroom, hair dryer, separate toilet.

Un séjour très agréable, dans une résidence calme et bien entretenue ! la propreté de l'appartement a laissé à désirer car la personne responsable du ménage ne l'avait pas fait !! et pourtant on nous fait payer 40€ !!!! (seul bémol)

What makes this property unique

2 hours from Paris by car, located between Deauville and Cabourg, it is a friendly seaside resort and ideal for a couple to have a nice time., quiet and private residential. The train station is DEAUVILLE-TROUVILLE about 6/7 Kms. Reception and delivery of keys by a conciergerie agency on your arrival.
